Fue muy fácil conseguir los billetes en el mostrador de información del aeropuerto. La señora con la que tratamos fue muy educada y profesional. Recogimos las entradas, nos dirigimos al metro y nos fuimos al hotel. Utilizamos la tarjeta Barcelona Card para acceder con descuento a algunos museos, al teleférico y al acuario. La tarjeta es imprescindible: los descuentos pueden ser pequeños en algunos lugares, pero se acumulan. Merece la pena.

Gran acceso a muchos museos, no incluye todas las atracciones turísticas, pero definitivamente vale la pena sólo por el pase de metro. Fácil de encontrar la oficina para recoger la tarjeta y el personal era muy servicial y amable.

Al ser la primera vez que visitaba Barcelona, me resultó un poco menos sencillo de lo esperado averiguar cómo conseguir el abono de metro y la tarjeta de atracciones. Me gustó mucho que muchos museos fueran de acceso gratuito con la tarjeta, pero en retrospectiva, me hubiera gustado haber elegido el otro pase que incluía la entrada a los museos Gaudí, ya que eran las principales atracciones que esperaba visitar. Por desgracia, me di cuenta más tarde. En general, me encantó la comodidad de simplemente mostrar mi Barcelona Card en el mostrador y recibir mi billete - hizo la experiencia mucho más suave.

Hay varias cosas buenas pero no lo suficiente para compensar el precio... He pagado esto o menos por un museo más memorable donde necesitas pasar mucho tiempo para apreciar todo el arte.

Nos ha encantado la experiencia. Creo que podríais explicar mejor toda la información en vuestra aplicación y en el ticket PDF. Por ejemplo: La información sobre los eventos/accesos a los que se puede acceder con un código QR o sólo con vales/tarjetas impresas es muy confusa. Muchos turistas se confundieron. El Aerobus, la empresa "Monbus", ¡NO SON TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO! Como he dicho, realmente no entendí sus explicaciones y perdí un poco de tiempo en mi llegada a Barcelona.

El hola pass nos lo dieron en la oficina de turismo del aeropuerto de Barcelona a cambio del bono que recibimos por correo electrónico. Nos permitió utilizar todos los medios de transporte para visitar la ciudad durante 4 días a un precio razonable.
