Nice, very knowledgeable guide. The tour was far too short in my opinion. His explanations were very informative if you have no idea about Picasso at all. For me, however, much was already known. The guide didn't touch on much of Picasso's life, other important creative periods in the artist's life. What a pity.

I was at the museum at least 15min prior to my reservesion but was misslead by Picasso museum worker and waited the line for entry. As a result I was 11 minutes late for the meeting point and there was no one find from the company. I had to speek with a tour guide from another company the and explain what had happened. It would have been nice just get us the entry and see the museum without any skipping the line ot audio guide. After another 40 minutes waiting I was refused any further assistance. It is somehow disappointing to get refused even an entrance that costs 17€ when you have payed double that.

We chose a 4pm tour an hour before it was to happen and maybe due to wifi issues, our tickets were stuck in pending and we were not able to find the guide or participate in the 4 pm. After some stress and attempts to contact help-the Headout customer service chat was finally extremely helpful in offering our refund or finding us another spot which they, with our relief, found us 4 spots at 6 pm. Great visit, with a guide who loves his job, and who's keen to show us all the subtleties of the Sagrada Familia. We had a great time, thank you very much!

Breeze past queues and jump straight into a detailed tour of Sagrada Familia with an expert.

  • Everything you'll get: Skip the line entry, a guided walk through Sagrada Familia led by an expert fluent in English, Spanish, French, or Italian, who unpacks the basilica’s rich symbolism, Gothic-meets-Art Nouveau design, and natural inspirations. Head down to the museum and crypt at your own time later.
  • Why choose this: Gaudí packed every inch with meaning and symbols; having a guide means you won’t miss any of the important highlights.
  • Upgrades: Add tower access via elevator or go with a small group for a more personal tour or book a bilingual guided tour.

Inclusions

  • Fast-track entry to Sagrada Familia

  • 1/1.5/2-hour guided tour of Sagrada Familia (as per option selected)

  • Expert English and Spanish-speaking guide

  • Small group (up to 20 people)

  • Access to the Sagrada Familia Museum

  • Elevator access to Passion Facade or Nativity Facade Tower (as per option selected)

Exclusions

  • Hotel transfers

What to bring

  • Bring a valid passport or ID card for all guests, including children, as admission staff may request official documentation to verify age or eligibility for special rates.
  • Wear comfortable shoes as the experience involves a fair amount of walking.

What’s not allowed

  • Keep in mind that food & beverages, narcotic substances, and sharp metallic tools or objects are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
  • Strict dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered; tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, short skirts, exposed backs or bellies, see-through clothing, flip-flops, bare feet, swimwear, festive attire, or clothing with designs that draw attention for religious or promotional purposes are not allowed.
  • Hats and caps are not allowed inside except for religious, spiritual, or medical reasons.
  • Photographic, sound, and/or video recording equipment is not allowed unless authorized in advance and in writing by the Press Department.
  • Large bags, rucksacks, luggage, and personal effects will be subject to review at the access control.

Accessibility

  • This experience is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with limited mobility.

Additional information

  • You can only enter the basilica at your booked time or up to 15 minutes afterward; the basilica does not accommodate late arrivals. Be sure to get there early, just to be safe.
  • Fast-track entry skips the ticket line, not security. All visitors must pass a mandatory security check, so brief waits may still occur—especially during peak hours. For a smoother experience, aim for early mornings or weekday visits.
  • Access to the towers is not permitted for children under 6 years old, unaccompanied minors under 18, people with reduced mobility, visual impairments, vertigo, or cardiovascular problems.
  • Entry is only permitted with your guide. Check the meeting point details carefully on your ticket voucher.
  • In case of adverse weather conditions, access to the towers may be closed without prior notice.
  • To descend from the towers, you must use the stairs; elevator access is only available for the ascent.
  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

The tour guide was amazing, it was really interesting to learn about the history of the park but our guide was also funny and very easy to listen to. We were put on an earlier tour as we had arrived early and there was space available, we were grateful for this as we had plans later and it made it easier to keep those plans.

The park is worth it is very beautiful and interesting. The guide spoke too fast and the audio guide worked jerky. He said at least three inaccuracies: he confused aloe with agave, he confused Pope Francis with Benedict XVI, he referred to a wall as a "rainscreen" when it is obviously a retaining wall. And then to top it off, you made us arrive 30 minutes early and then wait the same while standing in the heat

  • Why choose this: More than just a guided tour—it gets you past the lines and straight into Gaudí’s mosaic-filled masterpiece, complete with stories, secrets, and views.
  • Upgrades: Choose your preferred language—English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, or a bilingual English & Spanish tour for a tailored visit.

Inclusions

Insightful and Enjoyable Tour with Roger We had a great experience on our group tour of the Sagrada Família with Roger as our guide. He was knowledgeable, clear, and engaging, and did a fantastic job of keeping the group involved and on track. Roger explained the history, architecture, and symbolism of Gaudí’s work in a way that was accessible and interesting, even for those with no background in art or architecture. He was well-prepared, professional, and made sure everyone could follow along, regardless of where we were in the group. What stood out most was his genuine enthusiasm and ability to highlight small details that added so much depth to the experience. He also took the time to answer questions thoughtfully, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very well-organized and informative tour. Roger added a personal touch to a group setting, and we left with a much greater appreciation for the Sagrada Família. Highly recommended!

The Sagrada Família is really worth seeing. It looks a bit playful compared to other churches, but that doesn't matter because the building itself is great. Our guide explained and narrated a lot and in detail and the guided tour in English is also easy to understand. After a guided tour, you don't have to leave immediately and can have a look around yourself.

  • There may be a short wait time between your tour of the basilica and access to the towers due to limited elevator capacity.
  • Your guide will not accompany you to the towers; the tower visit is self-guided.
  • You can cancel these tickets up to 48 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

It's was real nice, our guide was speaking very clearly and explained very nicely. At the end he took us up to the towers and then just melted out of existence into the background Not a bad thing haha just funny suddenly we were all on our own to roam the Basilica, I was going to thank him for the tour but hope you can do that instead for me. Overall it was a good experience thank you

The ticketing process was seamless. Not only did I have the experience of the tour of the Sagrada Familia but a first class guide also. My guide was Omar who was incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about his role and ensured that each person included in my group thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
