Our tour guide Miguel was AMAZING! We loved him and we loved the tour. It was very hot (end of june) but we had an air conditioned private bus take us from la rambla to parc guell and then to sagrada familia. I highly recommend.

The ticket information was incorrect, including meeting point and timing leading me to miss a majority of my tour. Trying to reconnect with the tour was a nightmare. No refund.

Your was excellent. We walked through the Gothic quarter first and got some history. Then walk to Las Ramblas and went to a Mercado. Followed by tours of park Guell and la Sagria Familia. The tour is extremely well planned and the guide was great!

It wasn't clear that the ticket was for a tour in the morning and the Sagrada in the afternoon (when we had to be on our cruise boat). So I wasted $120 and the Sagrada was my primary point of interest in Barcelona. I would like a refund

Incredible experience! The guide, Romina, is spectacular!

I was at the museum at least 15min prior to my reservesion but was misslead by Picasso museum worker and waited the line for entry. As a result I was 11 minutes late for the meeting point and there was no one find from the company. I had to speek with a tour guide from another company the and explain what had happened. It would have been nice just get us the entry and see the museum without any skipping the line ot audio guide. After another 40 minutes waiting I was refused any further assistance. It is somehow disappointing to get refused even an entrance that costs 17€ when you have payed double that.

The museum is impressive, we were very informed with the guidance of Ms. Olga. For those who do not have knowledge of art history, I recommend visiting with a guide. Thanks to Miss Olga.

It was good to buy in advance. I loved the tour. Very friendly guide, excellent communicator and available to answer questions. We arrived late due to our own fault, but the guide included us in the rest of the tour. I really enjoyed it and recommend it

The fast tickets were great. We got in very quickly and didn't have to queue. The time slot was also very relaxed, I didn't have to stress so much to arrive on time. The Sagrada Familia is well worth seeing but the entrance fee is overpriced!

We enjoyed our tour and learned things we hadn't heard on previous visits to SF. Our guide Roger was knowledgeable and good at making sure everyone in the group could hear and understand. He did talk a little too fast sometimes.

You have to visit the Sagrada Familia at least once. Simply a marvel and you can only marvel at it. Despite the large number of people, you don't feel crowded, there is enough space to move around freely. Due to the power failure on 28.04.25, we were unable to keep our booked appointment. The ticket was accepted the following day without any problems. Many thanks for this and a big thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff. Muchas gracias

My experience with head out was stress free, everything fell into place just like the instructions given. We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Martha was very clear and thorough in giving us all the important points and enough time for photographs. I highly recommend Headout.

Wonderful experience, the Segrada Familia. Clear booking and information in advance. Guide from Headout at the right time at the agreed place, entrance was efficient. Good explanations and adequate information. Highly recommended

I'll be honest, I was quite worried about getting into the venues because there were so many negative comments about Headout. I only saw these comments after I'd bought the tickets. Everything went well. We were only sad that we couldn't get a guide in Portuguese at the Sagrada Família.

The audio guide on the phone is terribly inconvenient, we bought 5 tickets, one app, need headphones, few languages. Because of this it was not possible to fully enjoy and immerse myself in the interesting history of this incredible cathedral

It all worked very well. The tickets were sold out on all the other sites. We had a bit of uncertainty when we found some free tickets here. But it worked, the tickets were genuine. We got in quickly without having to wait. 👍 We will be using this site again and again in the future.

I ended up having to ask support staff at the site for help with signing up for the app. They needed to use my phone and their own email address, rather than the one I bought tickets through, in order for me to get the audio guide. Not ideal and you should check your booking code system to make sure it's easier for people to sign in - because right now if there was no support staff then I would've felt scammed.

Hi Sagarida familia was amazing and a must do experience in Barcelona! The tickets provided by Headout had no issues at all and we had very little time to queue. The only issue was that I requested 2 tickets , but was given 3 on the official app. Can you clarify that I only paid for 2 and not 3. Thanks , Stephen

Excellent experience at both places visited. The guide at Sagrada familia was great and very engaging. He speaks in English, not too fast, and is well understood.

Had a slight problem with the audio guide which took a little bit of time to sort out but luckily we discovered we couldn't get to the link while we were still at the hotel. I rang Head out and they sorted it all for us. Great customer service, thank you. The Sagrada Familia is amazing. It is the second time I've been in recent years and I probably enjoyed it more this time as I knew what to look out for. The audio guide is fantastic and well worth getting.

The Sagrada is beautiful, the light, the door, the sculptures, the inside is stunning. Staff are polite, courteous and wonderful.

No lines. There were representatives once we entered, in a cool area that helped with the audio download and told us what to expect.

This was a great experience. Tickets were easy to get, the guide was easy to find when you got to the entrance of the park. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the tour. He also made it known that you could leave the tour at any time and experience the park on your own, also you could stay in the park after the tour and explore the park some more. Would recommend this tour, it's a must do in Barcelona.

The park was spectacular to see and visit. If you come Barcelona, do not miss this place. Also, with tour, it was very good experince. I specifically thanks to our tour guide Olga from From2Spain. She was very knowledgable and has fluent, understandable English. Thanks to her, it was incredible tour.

The guide was very good and informative. It was good that we were able to go earlier than our a reduced time. Only thing we didn't like was that there was no lockers to store backpacks.

It was unfortunate that on the day we were there many hiking trails had no passage. However, we did have a very good/cute guide. Her name is Olga.

The tour guide was amazing, it was really interesting to learn about the history of the park but our guide was also funny and very easy to listen to. We were put on an earlier tour as we had arrived early and there was space available, we were grateful for this as we had plans later and it made it easier to keep those plans.

Everything worked really well, instructions for meeting were a bit confusing, I thought it meant you would be in the parking lot over the road? Never mind, we found the purple shirts! Steven was fantastic guide, so interesting and informative.

It was a great experience to walk through the Park Guell. The meeting place was easy to find. We took a taxi to the Park Guell and after the tour used a Hop on hop off bus. The tour guide was great and we have enough time to take the amazing photos. When the tour finished anyone who wanted to stay longer could do it.

Our guide was animated and obviously loves sharing the history and stories of Parc Guell. At a little over an hour it was the perfect length.

Excellent organization, but the time devoted to the guided tour too short, about 50m, makes the guide (very knowledgeable) very fast pé to visit as much as possible. In my opinion it deserves more time so that the guides can explain everything in the right time. Overall good I recommend it

I wanted to visit this museum because of Kaws and banksy exibition. Although I thought there would be more of Kaws I still enjoyed the museum and specially the magical room with diamonds.

It was not what I was expected. Not entirely my kind of art. But regarding tickets, everything was great as expected. Thank you Headout!

Our guide Guadaloupe was really good. She explained the history behind the building of Sagrada Familia and answered our questions. Sagrada Familia is magnificent.

The highlight of my visit was the emotion I felt contemplating all that exuberance. And I'd like to give top marks to the young guide, whose name I can't remember. Even though the tour was in Spanish, he made every effort to make sure we understood Portuguese. He is very well prepared to deal with the Portuguese language.

Our guide had so much knowledge and navigated through very efficiently showing us the key highlights in record time! Lots of visuals on his iPad too which was a good touch. He was amazing. Would highly recommend this tour to others visiting Barcelona.

The ticketing process was seamless. Not only did I have the experience of the tour of the Sagrada Familia but a first class guide also. My guide was Omar who was incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about his role and ensured that each person included in my group thoroughly enjoyed their visit.

The guide's dynamism. However, he had a very thick accent when he spoke English, so it was difficult to understand, despite English being my first language.

The Sagrada Família is really worth seeing. It looks a bit playful compared to other churches, but that doesn't matter because the building itself is great. Our guide explained and narrated a lot and in detail and the guided tour in English is also easy to understand. After a guided tour, you don't have to leave immediately and can have a look around yourself.

I don't remember the name of the lady who gave us the tour but she was extraordinary, she had extensive knowledge of the place and was very open to answer questions, very kind and attentive. The price seemed high, but honestly it was worth every euro. Thank you for the experience.

The small group and the good detailed explanation were very good. It was all very good for 1 hour. You could ask questions.
