I was at the museum at least 15min prior to my reservesion but was misslead by Picasso museum worker and waited the line for entry. As a result I was 11 minutes late for the meeting point and there was no one find from the company. I had to speek with a tour guide from another company the and explain what had happened. It would have been nice just get us the entry and see the museum without any skipping the line ot audio guide. After another 40 minutes waiting I was refused any further assistance. It is somehow disappointing to get refused even an entrance that costs 17€ when you have payed double that.

In beginning tour guide explained what we looked forward towards the experience. He gave option to stay with tour group or go on own if we decided which was nice. However everyone decided to stay with tour guide and we are especially glad we did because the Tour guide made experience nice and kept everyone interested. Such a Great experience.

I was very annoyed with all the text messages I received beforehand. It felt like I wasn't being taken seriously, as if I wouldn't be able to remember when I had booked the tour and that I needed to be there on time. And why did I have to be there half an hour in advance? That felt very unnecessary. The park was beautiful and it was good to hear more about it, although it felt like the tour guide was just going through the motions. Obviously I understand you can't be super excited telling the same stories day in, day out, but it kinda felt like she didn't want to be there. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have stepped out of the tour long before it ended.

It was spectacular because the tickets on the official Park Guell website were sold out up to four days later and we weren't going to be able to visit because our vacation was coming to an end. With the Headout app, we were lucky enough to be able to buy tickets for the afternoon on the same day, and everything went well. All we had to do was wait at the entrance for the duly identified guide, as indicated in the app, and everything went well. The guide was spectacular, he lasted about an hour and explained the main points and then we were free to visit the park at our leisure and take photos.

Our guide Mark was excellent. He made the whole experience very worthwhile. He gathered all the guests to the appointed place, and he explained the whole process of the tour. His approach was friendly yet polite, and his english was at professional level. Moreover, the information he provided on historical, cultural and artistic facts of the monument (Sagrada Famiglia) were important, interesting and necessary for someone who trully wants to take advantage of this monument. You have to visit the Sagrada Familia at least once. Simply a marvel and you can only marvel at it. Despite the large number of people, you don't feel crowded, there is enough space to move around freely. Due to the power failure on 28.04.25, we were unable to keep our booked appointment. The ticket was accepted the following day without any problems. Many thanks for this and a big thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff. Muchas gracias

It was very crowded at the meeting point and the guide was only holding up a small A5 size paper with the Headout logo. We waited for 10 minutes for 4 people who never turned up - perhaps they couldn't see her? Once inside however, it was unforgettable.

The hop on hop off bus experience was not good. Our bus broke down at one of the stops. We all had to get out and get at the end of a queue with 50 people already waiting. We had to wait for several buses before we could get on. Also the audio connection did not work at seats we were sitting and there were no other places to sit. My experience with head out was stress free, everything fell into place just like the instructions given. We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Easy to find, it was raining and it was nice to wait inside for our experience to start. Our guide was informative and friendly. My recommendation is book early for us that was key. Nothing to do with guide but one thing was on the "things to bring" it said to bring passport, you do not need it to enter. The entrance is similar to airport security.

Roger our guide was well organised and took us through the processes to access the site efficiently. We were a larger group so that made it that bit more challenging but Roger was clearly experienced at handling these situations. He ensured we got to the right areas to see what he was describing and did a fantastic job of highlighting the key points of interest. We are not particularly religious but wanted to see the way Guadi had worked his magic. Roger took us through the journey explaining the reasoning behind how Gaudi's faith had influenced his concept. Our basic knowledge of Christianity worked for the level Roger pitched this at. The Sagrada Familia is a must see attarction made all the better by a guide like Roger to explain key features - Thoroughly recommended!
