The stops were not clearly marked. We had to ask the driver to the driver and overshot our descent by two stops.

The bus was right outside the airport terminal, clearly marked. Easy ticketing with great assistants ready to help - also in English. Trip to the city centre was easy.
Highly recommend taking the Aerobus. It was super easy & convenient. Bus stopped @ heart of city center. I was hesistent initially but had a great experience taking the Aerobus.
Tickets were easy to book and pay for. Unfortunately I was not sure whether or not I had bought a ticket to El Prat T1 or T2. The website stated that T2 was not available. Luckily on the day I caught the A2 bus to T2 without problem.
Central location and easy to find bus stop...plenty of lugguage spaces. No hassle, no stress to get to the airport and best of all, it's cheaper than taxi or Uber!
Great: the frequency of the Aerobus departures, the comfort on the bus with plenty of storage space for luggage, the relevant stops, the option to buy tickets online as well as on the spot. Thank you very much!

Quick and simple process to make the purchase prior to my arrival in Barcelona and the bus service itself was superb. I highly recommend it for anyone needing to get from the airport to the Placa Catalunya area without any hassle.
Swift and easily accessible service. However the return at plaza Espagna was more complicated as no clear indication on where bus is EFFECTIVELY leaving.
. ticket bought online, signage at the airport great...arrived downstairs and 5 minutes later we were off. Luggage easy to stow. Really pleasant.

The station has very dirty toilets. Also, the announcement of the train's arrival is very quick. The train toilet was filthy and had no water. The time it takes to board and store luggage is very fast and there is no help to store it in the appropriate place. There should be an indication of which seat numbers are in each carriage or the carriage number on the ticket. I bought business class and there was only the number 2 on the entrance door of the carriage. This is difficult for anyone who has never traveled by train.

I didn't have to wait too long for the aerobus. The journey went well overall. However, it was very hot in the bus (no air conditioning) and there was no Wi-Fi. The driver had a good drive (pace) however, every bump or turn was felt so the journey was not very pleasant.

It was easy to book and good value for money. It would be helpful if there was an option to save the ticket to files or add to wallet on phone rather than only being able to access via the app on the return journey the ticket didn't show on the app so had to get into it via my email or type in my booking reference.
We did not have to wait at the airport for the bus, but..... Our hotel was not far from placa catalunya so we had to ride along until the final stop. 1 stop before placa catalunya we were all put off the bus by the driver, he didn't ride any further because too busy. 🙈 This can only happen in Soanje, right?

Our trip into the city centre was very quick. A sign at the bottom of the last set of stairs indicating a left turn to see the buses would be good.
The bus station is close to our accommodation it is big and clean the staff are nice and easy to book. Convenient transfer to airport .
My experience with the Aerobus was super comfortable. The buses come every 5 minutes, so if you miss one, you never have to wait long. On board, you can easily store your suitcase in special racks, which makes the ride very relaxing. Another plus is that you can follow exactly what the next stop is via the screen, which is very convenient. You can also charge your phone during the ride and free Wi-Fi is available. All in all, a very good and convenient service that I definitely recommend!

The bus stop is immediately opposite the Terminal 1 exit. The frequency is great and the staff are well trained and friendly.

The bus was only 100 meters from the exit, left on time and arrived quickly. A cab could not be faster, price was very good, I would take it again and again and can only recommend it to anyone

The bus is in my opinion the fastest way to and from the airport. Also, departures are every 5 minutes and no exact departure time is required. Great.

A really quick booking and fast transportation to the city and back to the airport was guaranteed. The subway would not have been any faster.

Buses run very frequently, and are well signposted at the airport so you can find them easily. The journey is very quick (much quicker than by metro). It's very good value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again on my next trip.

It was very easy to use. I would recommend making it more obvious that you can get on at any stop. Overall, a great experience.
Buses run every 5 minutes from Barcelona airport to Plaza Catalunya. Very well maintained interior. Many ticket machines and you can also buy a ticket online (internet).

The online ticketing process was easy. The bus was quick to get to the airport once we got out of Barcelona city traffic. We boarded at about 1pm after waiting about 10 minutes for a bus. By then, there were dozens of people waiting. I could not believe how many people were crammed into that bus...It took us another 10 minutes to board. The website advertises busses every 5-10 minutes during that time of day so I'm not sure what the hold up was, but it was fine once we finally got going. It was quicker and cheaper than a taxi.
Everything is described picobello, so buying a bus ticket was/is arranged and in our possession within minutes. We loved taking the Aerobus from downtown Barcelona to Barcelona airport. It was also a very beautiful route. Definitely a recommendation and besides it saves a lot of euros. The Aerobus should be introduced in all countries. Believe me, I will always use the services of Aerobus from now on. Top, taken care of!

I booked on Headout tickets for the bus from Girona airport to central Barcelona and back. Before the experience I had some doubt because there was no QR code on the tickets while in the email directions they talked about scanning the QR code before boarding. I contacted support via chat and they clarified my doubt. No problems on the spot, bus on time. Satisfied with the experience, I recommend Headout.

Fast transportation to Barcelona.
We came earlier as expected to the bus station, and the driver let us take the earlier ride to the Barcelona.
Everything was on time. Only you have to lubricate the first seats because they squeak while traveling.
Very comfortable bus. Departure on time. Unfortunately queue on the way to Barcelona.
Perfect waybto travel from Barcelona to Girona Airport. Air-conditioning was perfect and a great plus

We loved the whole experience ....Julie was a fantastic guide with a wealth of information and so well prepared. She made the tour very enjoyable and had her folder of pictures etc that added to the experience. We loved all the stories she had about Gaudi & Guell. Our only problem was trying to find the meeting place. We were walking & Google Maps brought us to the front entrance which was quite a distance from the actual meeting place but luckily we had enough time to make it off.
I was a bit disappointed that the Canadian guy wasn't the tour guide, because he of course speaks perfect English and it would've been so much easier to understand and follow him. I liked the guide character, she was nice and sweet, but it was really difficult to understand because of the accent and how fast she was talking. The in-ear headset thing was so hard and it wouldn't stay in my ear, unless i held it there or had a hat on or something. They were at least easier to put in the ear in Sagrada Familia and had for both ears. For future improvement I would like to see something like an option to connect through bluetooth / app, or be able to use your own headphones, with guides that dont speak too fast and not too much accent so its easier to understand. That being said, I did like that I did do a tour before and I did catch some interesting points in between, it was far from being all bad but room for improvement.
We were happy to find places on the tour almost at the last moment and thus not to miss that beautiful part of Barcelona. Our guide took a walk with us in the part while telling us the story of the idea behind it, how it turned out, and what we can see nowadays. After the guided tour, we had time in the park on ourselves, visiting the spots we discussed earlier and admiring the sceneries and panoramas. Thank you for the interesting and beautiful experience! It is something we definitely will recommend!
Nice park but the directions and places to see in the park are too succinct. Some directions in French would be great!

Very knowledgeable guide, with excellent English. Gave lots of details and insights, making it a very enjoyable visit. Easy to follow instructions to get to the meeting point. Amazing experience, would highly recommend.
The tour guide was extremely informative and vibrant. Answered all questions thoroughly and allowed the people on the tour time to explore and take in the amazing views that is Park Guelle Gracias
Booking a ticket was easy, there were plenty of options, and my visit to the Park with Olga was very rewarding and enjoyable - thank you!

Due to illness, we would not able to book our tickets in advance, so we have chosen last minute guided tour with headout. It was super, the guide was funny person, and worth to go through the park entertained with storys and jokes. I strongly recommend to buy guided tour ticket, especially, due to any reason normal tickets are not available for that day, you plan to visit.
We had the pleasure of joining a guided tour of Park Güell, and it was an exceptional experience. Stephen, our guide, was knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the park’s history to life. His insights into the development of Park Güell, from its conception by Gaudí to its transformation into the iconic site it is today, were truly fascinating. Stephen’s passion for the park and its unique design elements was evident throughout the tour. He shared captivating details about the symbolism behind the architecture and the challenges faced during its construction. His storytelling made us appreciate Park Güell on a much deeper level. The tour was well-paced, and Stephen was always attentive to our questions, ensuring everyone felt included and engaged. If you’re planning to visit Park Güell, I highly recommend booking a guided tour with Stephen—it truly enriched our experience!
We had a great time. It was very easy to find our guide, the group wasn't too many people, and the guide was knowledgeable.
The guide was very patient and very considerate as we asked several questions and also had to use the restrooms during the tour. Highly recommended.

We loved our tour guide Elsa. A personal, intelligent touch and an interesting way to talk about Gaudi's life. Excellent English, a very friendly and informative tour. Thank you from a Family from Finland.

A great place to visit with great views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea . We took the guided tour which was very good.

We were able to see the city without the stress of driving. Hopped off to see the national art museum and the casa batllo. Great day
The bus was close to the cruise terminal, which made it easy for us to get on. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to do both routes. But the green route alone was well worth seeing. And the sound was always in sync with the sights.

Stops were easy to reach, but could have been provided with larger stop signs. The audio guide is easy to understand and very informative. It is also good that the stops are announced in good time so that you can get off.

Very complete and well explained tour, the only negative was the cold, the bus should have some kind of heating or transparent dome to stop the cold to allow a more pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed it, although I found the departures a bit long on some stretches and I couldn't do both lines in one day. I recommend it for those who want to see all the sites and have little time, but I suggest two days, one for each line.

Which is quite cool, but I would like it if you could see somewhere how long the Vus takes from one stop to another to be able to estimate this with booked sights

WONDERFUL experience, I did it as soon as I was in the city, it was useful for a general location of where each place was, and then I managed on my own without any problem. The audio guide info in each place is great to learn more about each place. A pleasure!

The bus driver wasn't stop on every station that he is supposed to stop. Using the green line he jumped from stop 3 to stop 8 and we didn't reach stops in the middle and our goal was stop 5 in Barcelonetta! When we realized this, we have to walk more than 30 minutes to go on coastline.
The stops are well distributed throughout the city. You can get on and off as often as you like. The ticket is valid for 24 hours (our choice) and that's perfect. The staff are very friendly.

It smooth and seamless booking with Headout. We had a good time on the bus, pity about the weather that didn't play it's part. It was a great for us wanting to see most of Barcelona and not having to travel on foot or by public transport. See y'all in the summer of 2025.
Beautiful tour. We got on and off on both lines. It is a very comfortable ride and with the audio guides you really immerse yourself in the city

The tour allows you to see lesser-known parts of the city and monuments and to stop and get back on whenever you want. However, the buses were always full and we had to wait at least half an hour before we could get on.

Both at the airport and in the city, the stops are immediate and easy to find! We didn't wait 5 minutes for either transfer! Everything worked great with online tickets! Buses are fast, clean and there is enough space for luggage! There's no quicker way to get into the city - top 👍!
