We were grateful to experience Gaudi's Sagrada Familia. We really liked our tour guide, Montserrat. She was knowledgeable and warm - she made sure she knew our names and told us interesting information that will be remembered. The only issue I had was when purchasing the tickets. A discount had been applied through headout then was no longer available . When I tried to refresh the screen the time slot we wanted was not longer there. We paid a lot more for tickets for the next time slot and did not receive the 10% discount that was initially offered. We are glad we were able to go and enjoyed the experience with Crown Tours. I booked a last minute guided tour to the sagarda familia in Barcelona. All the other sites where sold out for the whole week of my Holiday. I found 4 tickets on this site they gave me very detailed instructions as where to meet our guide and also a photo and map of the location. The tour was excellent with a very knowledgeable local tour guide from Barcelona. We didnt need to queue and went straight into the group entrance. The sagarda familia is an amazing building still under construction after 140 years that said it is mostly finished and well worth the visit the tour guide answered all of our questions and showed us all the amazing sights on offer. We even had time after the tour to go up one of the towers with great views of Barcelona. Thank you for the tour it is truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Our tour guide was very nice and tried her best to make sure we understood the history of the residence and explain everything in detail. Getting trapped in the elevator wasn't fun.

The tour guide, though very nice, did little more than point out obvious rooms in the house (identifying the bedrooms, bathrooms, etc) which were self-evident. Not much was said about Gaudi's particular design, context, and historical reception. Didn't add value.

The guide arrived late and thought she was going to explain something; she walked us through the rooms saying that the furniture was fabulous; in short, I know more about Gaudi than she does. A scam, gentlemen
