A straightforward journey to the center. The bus stop at BCN Terminal 2 could be better marked (upon exciting the building, proceed to the left, to the end of the curb). The twobyoung ticket checkers were rather unhelpful (perhaps because I spoke English). Although there were info TV panels in the bus, they did not display the names of the upcoming stops, neither did they announce them. For those not knowing the city, it is confusing.

Fast, convenient and practical. We found the departure point easily thanks to the signs at the airport. The operator who validated our tickets was very nice. On the bus we found comfortable hosts. Very good experience.

Aérobus was the perfect way to travel in Barcelona, easy to find when we arrived at the airport (love the bright blue busses so easy to spot!) we experienced a smooth journey to Plaça Catalunya which was very close to our hotel. On the way back there were several busses waiting to head back to the airport, the only error we made was we got on the A1 rather than A2 bus so had to get a shuttle (free) to T2. I'd highly recommend Aerobus to anyone looking for transport to and from the airport and will definitely be using again on my next trip to beautiful Barcelona!

Very smooth and friendly. The bus left after a few minutes and in 30 minutes you are at Place de Catalunya, I will still use it highly recommended!!!

The journey is rather short, I think, it is the fastest and easiest way to reach the airport from the city center. We have stayed near the Catalunya square, so it was very convenient that the bus stops next to this square. Also, I like that the bus stops just three times. It was air conditioned, and had lots of special space for the luggages inside the bus. I highly recommend the Airbus, I think it is very convenient and inexpensive way to reach the airport.

The Barcelona Airport bus from downtown to the airport was an efficient, carbon-friendly and relatively cheap way to get from the centre of Barcelona to the airport. I would definitely use the service again. On the downside, the city was experiencing a heat wave in late June and early July, and it was hot and humid on the packed bus. Amid downtown traffic, the air-conditioning system on the bus was not coping.

The aerobus is a well-organized way to get to the airport. Comfortable buses, which run quickly and at very regular times. And this for a very affordable price. However, it is important that you know in advance which terminal you need to be at and thus which bus to take.

Very convenient service from the city centre to the Airport, great and fast connection directly in front of the terminal.

Super convenient to buy a round ticket with the app. Note; app is called Headout, not aerobus or something.... And round ticket is valid for a very long time and is activated when you check in outward travel, so you don't have to select a return day

Tickets did not arrive in my email (email arrive but no attachment), but was able to access by downloading the app. Bus came quickly and wholöe process was easy to navigate.

The website for the aerobus was very accurate and ordering tickets ahead of time was ideal. I love that the tickets had a large time window- our flight had gotten delayed and if we had to choose a specific time, we would have been in trouble. Signage was good, customer service at the line was efficient, and the bus was comfortable. We would definitely use it again. (We traveled from Barcelona Airport to Placa Catalunya.)

It was so easy to pick up the coach at the airport and the drop off is so central for the hotels in Barcelona. Super easy and quick service.

Although quite busy there was still room and we made good time. Bus arrived as I left the arrivals hall. Having a digital ticket certainly helped!

Travel at 4 am without problems, super fast and with movement and control at the stop that gives security to walk at that time.

Hassle-free purchase, easy to retrieve, both offline as an image and online via the app. Transportation was fast and safe in the air-conditioned bus. Plenty of space for passengers and suitcases, as buses ran at a good frequency to avoid overcrowding. Gladly again!

Very convenient service we used both surface transportation, subway and aerobus. Unfortunately, my HOLA pass immediately became demagnetized and I had to have it replaced.

We were able to pick up our tickets at the tourist information desk at the airport. The nice man at the counter gave us a map of Barcelona and showed us which means of public transport we could use. The transport network is very well developed and timed. All the metros, streetcars, buses and associated stations were super clean and well maintained. What I would like to mention explicitly is that the cable car to Montjuïc is not included, as this is operated by a private company. However, there is a public cable car that goes up and back down.

The card works fine, my daughter and im enjoyed the trip and had no problem using the card at all. Staff as far as their service (metro, train, bus etc) was very friendly and willing to explain. What is unfortunate is that converting the digital card to the required paper copy is possible in limited places. But once this is done it works petfect.

We bought a hola barcelona travel card through headout. To activate it we went to the tourism office at the airport but there they could not find our data. After 15 minutes of searching and sighing we finally got our travel card. So the organization and activation could be better. We were very satisfied with the travel card itself.

Not alot I was unable to collect my tickets from the tmb machine at the airport and their was no one at the information desk to support or help

Had the 5 day travel card. Worked very well. Absolutely reliable. Together with an App (Metro) and google map no problem to get proper orientation.

Super an alternative to move around Barcelona and its main attractions. The bad thing is that it does not include for all bus lines but for the most common ones.

I was able to print the voucher before leaving home. It was easy to exchange the voucher for the tickets at the information desk at the airport. Having a 120 hour ticket made it super convenient to get around the city during our stay.

Had ordered the tickets online. The website said you could redeem the tickets through a vending machine. This was not possible. At an office you could, but had to wait 20 minutes because the person in the office was on break. So afterwards it is best to buy tickets on the spot. Price is the same

Getting around Barcelona by metro is really a great experience.. as a tourist and with really hot days, we enjoyed the punctuality and coolness of the metro. Only negative note is that the 96 hour tickets gave some problems 2 out of 4 purchased after 2 days stopped working and we were forced to change them.. very positive note the atm staff was available in the most important stations and absolutely good, kind and efficient.. TOP customer support.

With the card you can take all means except "shuttles" which was not specified. A bit expensive but public transportation in Barcelona works very well, especially the metro.

It worked well in itself, but we were still unable to use certain buses. So it didn't deliver what it promised

The route network is very well signposted. If the subway has just left in front of you, the next one is just a few minutes away. The staff on site are attentive and helpful.

It's much more practical if the card is dematerialized, because you don't have to go to the tourist office and there's less paper. Otherwise, you can use it for any kind of transport.

Ticket collection at the tourism counter went badly. They don't know how to use the order barcode or the order number.

Where do we start? You get a barcode that you have to change to a physical ticket at an info point. Finding this is the next step. You could even redeem the tickets at ticket machines. But that only works with a number. Which is not passed on. If you're unlucky. So like us. You search half the Sagrada Familia for the information booth. What's more, you have to buy a ticket to get there. Or wherever you can exchange the tickets.

Hello everyone, there is talk of unlimited public transportation. But you can only get on red and white buses. The metro worked great, the Rondalies streetcar was unreliable 6 times out of 10, stops were skipped and there was no visual information, only announcements in Spanish.

Instructions for redeeming this ticket were not clear at all. Had a lot of trouble finding out how to exchange this voucher for the real pass. Need more specific address for the catalunya booth. Was given incorrect instructions from metro staff everywhere. This was advertised as refundable and cancellable, it was not.

The card worked after I received it. Unfortunately, I received it a whole day late and was told that I would not get anything back. As the electricity was out for a whole day in Spain, this was an unforeseen event. I realize this, but I would have liked a refund for one day

If you have a late flight, you cannot immediately use the ticket to travel from the airport to your downtown destination. Still had to buy another ticket for metro and could only use the 96h ticket the day after. Otherwise, we were satisfied with it.

It was a gamechanger. With one simple ticket you can travel as much as you like - by bus or by the metro. It really made a lot of things easier and the holdiday therefore more enjoyable.

Ideal for exploring the city, metro, train and bus get you everywhere quickly. Especially the metro is an easy way to get around quickly.

The ease of the app makes booking and changing travel so quickly

We are a family of eight, and the Eurail Pass made our European trip incredibly smooth and budget-friendly. From the very first day, everything was easy to understand and use. Learning how to book seats and check train schedules took just a few minutes, and after that, traveling felt effortless. The pass gave us the flexibility to explore multiple cities without worrying about buying separate tickets for each journey. It also saved us a significant amount of money, which is especially important for a large family. Every train we took was comfortable, clean, and on time, making our travel days stress-free. I mistakenly bought this rail pass with headout, but would have bought it directly with eurail. i also didn't like that you couldn't cancel it.

The price is reasonable compared to alternative ways of travel. 2nd class is very comfortable indeed, no real need to overpay for 1st class. But, one star less for unclear guide for seat reservations - I've booked seats via DBahn from Frankfurt to Paris and then checked whether I did everything corect to double check. But consultants in Frankfurt station said that I'd done smthing incorrect, and if I'm not mistaken, I booked the seats for residents whereas I'm not resident of EU. But there was no obvious way to book as non-resident. So spent 33 euros needlessly.

Everything worked well ! The schedules for the four trips were on time, the seats were very comfortable and the overall flexibility is great - much better and cheaper and faster and more comfortable than flying

It was great to have the ability to not worry about missing the next train and have so many options. It would be great if you could make more reservations for sleeper trains through the planner app and see how much you saved too!

The boarding process is always super easy and simple, and I love how many of the trains are switching to carbon neutral.

This is our first time traveling via rail in Europe and we had a wonderful time. We only experienced one late train which is saying a lot. We wish transportation worked this well in the US as we would use it much more than driving.

The system of booking and activating trains at stations, to have multiple options to choose from and the easyness to board trains.

Buying and scheduling was easy. It was used in Switzerland and Italy with no questions asked. It is the cheapest way to travel. For trains which needs reservation, a separate payment is needed but also not expensive and also easy to do. This is the best option for travellers to Switzerland and accross Europe that does not opt for rental cars.

Speed of the Global Pass purchase process and good reception at the offices of the stations in Madrid.

It's difficult to add a journey and get a pass. It's supposed to be straightforward and easy.

WE HAVE HAD TO RECONSTRUCT TICKETS, FROM ANOTHER ENTITY, BECAUSE DURING THE CHOICE OF TIME ON THE APP IT DID NOT COMMUNICATE THAT THE PLACES FOR THAT TIME WERE TERMINATED AND AUTOMATICALLY ON THE PDF IT WAS THE FIRST AVAILABLE TIME THAT ABSOLUTELY DID NOT COMBINE WITH THE ONE YOU WERE INTERESTED IN (we were to leave at 9:00 a.m. from Barcelona and on the ticket it said that the departure was at 2:45 a.m.)

The bus arrived on time, the driver was safe and responsible, and the bus itself was clean and comfortable. The scheduling was excellent, perfectly aligning with landing and take-off times.

We came earlier as expected to the bus station, and the driver let us take the earlier ride to the Barcelona.

I booked on Headout tickets for the bus from Girona airport to central Barcelona and back. Before the experience I had some doubt because there was no QR code on the tickets while in the email directions they talked about scanning the QR code before boarding. I contacted support via chat and they clarified my doubt. No problems on the spot, bus on time. Satisfied with the experience, I recommend Headout.

Bus was on time and arrived in the airport on time. It was also clean and comfortable, and we had no problems stowing our luggage. Only thing I would improve would be the WiFi service, which unfortunately did not work.

This is ridiculous! I bought a rail ticket which I will use next year. I made a stupid mistake and bought it from Headout. It cost me more and now I am being asked stupid questions.

Didn't realize till after purchase that the time frame for pickup at the airport. My flight was delayed and therefore I was not able to pick it upon arrival. Other wise it has been a great buy

Great access to many museums, doesn't include all tourist attractions- but definitely worth it just for the metro pass. Easy to find the office to pick up the card and staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I have never visited so many museums in Barcelona. The ticket allows you to visit museums that would otherwise not have been on your itinerary. Unfortunately, the ticket redemption is very inconvenient, especially the metro ticket, which I would have liked to have immediately on the evening of arrival and not the next morning.

The big problem is finding an office where you can change your e-ticket. It's badly indicated and poorly explained on the app and at the time of purchase. It's also important to specify which museums are free and which are discounted, as well as the percentage discount, and to state clearly that aerobus is not included.

Upon collecting my 5-day card on the very first day of my trip (30th June) and after I had used it once to get the metro that day, I unfortunately lost the paper ticket regarding transportations. When I realised it, I went straight to the relevant tourist information office to get some help. The answer was that a new transportation ticket had to be bought. I was very disappointed as I had to buy another one again. Still, there must have been a way to cancel the first paper ticket which I had lost and issue another one minus the one metro transportation I had already used. This is a digital era we are living in, isn't it?

Access to the map via tourist offices inconvenient. Only used public transportation, would have been cheaper directly. Major sights not included and fully booked

The venues listed for voucher redemption were not accurate.. I spent 3 hours going to three different venues none of which exchanged the voucher.. so I did not have the opportunity to utilize the voucher AND wasn't my money..

You have to go to tourist information cabins in Barcelona to redeem you tickets. Everything was fine with the public transport and the museums! Recommending! :)

Cool museums and attractions! And the transport card (Hola Card) is just amazing and was very useful 👍🏻. My tip: visit the Bunksy Museum, because it is just stunning

Was really nice seeing the city in a short time. We did not want to go out because of the heat but saw a lot of major landmarks. One side of the bus did not have audio tourguide. Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.

The whole package was just right, unfortunately we had the bad luck that we lost our bearings after the park and therefore couldn't find the bus stop. But apart from that everything was really great. I would book again.

Easy of use. Traffic was congested. More people should take the hop on hop off to prevent congestion!

Only had one day to explore Barcelona and this way you pick up the highlights nicely.

The first bus we hopped in, Can't hear the audio guide because the driver and conductor were so busy socializing -talking really loud! The second bus we hopped in was all ele tric and was having operational issues...the bus had to be stopped and sit for 10 or 15 minutes before it could move again. The drivers didn't know what to do and were communicating via cell phone to know what to do. This happened 3 times until the bus would no longer move. This is a dangerous situation and could have led to an accident with passenger injuries. Your company needs to be more responsible in training drivers in what to do and NOT continue operating a tourist bus that is not safe to operate.

Good way to discover Barcelona in 1 day but finding the first stop in the app from the train station is a challenge. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Barcelona routes are too long, we wanted to do a round trip but it was impossible. Sitting more than 2h in sun in August is no fun.

It was a bit difficult to find the guide as at the beginning she was with her mini flag down. Afterwards she was charming and everything was very well explained. The visit was short for me

You can really see the whole of Barcelona, it's superb! The problem is that most buses don't have working air-conditioning. What's more, there's no time for catamarans...

When we were upstairs on the panoramic bus it was fine. On the other hand, we found ourselves at the bottom of the bus due to a lack of space at the top, so we had to get out because it was too hot.

Nice way to see the high lights of the city. The audio tour was fun, but also focused a lot on architecture which the kids found less interesting. Maybe offer a choice based on age or interest?

A very friendly way to see the city, especially on hot days when you can comfortably travel around the beautiful city of Barcelona. There were no unnecessary lines, and the route was carefully planned. Everything was very nice.

Very nice to be able to see Barcelona from the bus. The audio guide tells fun facts, which even our children found fascinating. Only disadvantage we found that boarding points were sometimes hard to find. For example, the app could link your live location to the live location of the bus.

My passes disappeared from the app

The hola pass was given to us at the Barcelona airport tourist office in exchange for the voucher we received by e-mail. It enabled us to use all means of transport to visit the city for 4 days at a reasonable price.

Practicality and cost-effectiveness.

The pass is great, but the seat reservation service is very poor. I was only able to book the seats on the routes where booking is compulsory. I wasn't able to book the seats on the routes where it's optional.

I liked the one pass concept, but the app to make reservations and book seats were not clear. Getting an agent to assist me was impossible and did not happen The Robot kept asking ne fir my pass ID and last name after I entered it numerous times. I wast trying to place to pass on hold when I was not using it, but I could not located how to use the app to place the pass on hold. My experience so far is extremely disappointing

There was no way of reaching the team locally I struggled with doing the tickets and still had to pay out of pocket. It was not clear to me you needed additional reservations and had to pay for that. It was very frustrating and so decided next time would use the buses instead
