To exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket, visit any ticket redemption point. Details will be sent to your inbox after booking is complete.
Some attractions may require booking in advance. Remember, your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.

Validity

Before activation: Valid until December 31, 2025.
After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 72-hour pass and visit your 1st attraction on Monday at 3pm, your pass is valid for the next 72 hours, that is, till 3pm on Thursday.

You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
