The highlight of my visit was the emotion I felt contemplating all that exuberance. And I'd like to give top marks to the young guide, whose name I can't remember. Even though the tour was in Spanish, he made every effort to make sure we understood Portuguese. He is very well prepared to deal with the Portuguese language.

My experience with head out was stress free, everything fell into place just like the instructions given. We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Martha was very clear and thorough in giving us all the important points and enough time for photographs. I highly recommend Headout.

View to the Sagrada Familia, a work of art as a whole, with a super friendly guide, nice and above all that had a gift to explain the facades that exist today , which are that explanation you can not see what Gaudi focused "a genius". Thanks for everything.

The Sagrada Família is really worth seeing. It looks a bit playful compared to other churches, but that doesn't matter because the building itself is great. Our guide explained and narrated a lot and in detail and the guided tour in English is also easy to understand. After a guided tour, you don't have to leave immediately and can have a look around yourself.

Easy to find, it was raining and it was nice to wait inside for our experience to start. Our guide was informative and friendly. My recommendation is book early for us that was key. Nothing to do with guide but one thing was on the "things to bring" it said to bring passport, you do not need it to enter. The entrance is similar to airport security.

For those who visit this wonderful Park it would be congliabile to go in the morning at the opening so that it is not too crowded to take photos, already around 11.00 am it fills up, especially near the iconic "iguana" on the staircase. Anyway a very unique experience for those who visit Barcelona and are interested in the architecture and natural beauty. Through your app I was also able to listen to an audio guide in Italian language that provided me with some interested notions. COSGLIATISSIMO!!!

Beautiful park, with beautiful nature and very nice Gaudi objects to visit. Very worthwhile, golden tip ' start at the entrance at the very top of the park' then you can slowly descend to the main entrance to get out again. Otherwise quite a bit of climbing ...

In beginning tour guide explained what we looked forward towards the experience. He gave option to stay with tour group or go on own if we decided which was nice. However everyone decided to stay with tour guide and we are especially glad we did because the Tour guide made experience nice and kept everyone interested. Such a Great experience.

Park Güell

  • For visitors with mobility problems, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).
  • During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.
  • Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.
  • If you'd like to skip a lot of climbing and stairs, a great option is to take public transport like Bus #24 or grab a taxi. This will get you to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel, which is just a short 100 meters from the bus stop. You'll find the area with the monuments only another 100 meters in, and mostly flat 200-meter stroll!
  • Children under 6 can enter for free, they just need free tickets. For a seamless entry, book their free tickets during checkout.
  • Guests are allowed to bring outside food and water into the venue. However, they must consume it in the designated picnic areas only.

We booked a last-minute tour of Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell on our recent trip to Barcelona as we'd left it too late to get individual tickets, and we are so glad we did! Ticketing was easy on line. Had to ask at two different TI booths where to get the bus and didn't realize we still needed a paper ticket not the QR code. Tour was good we saw lots of sights. Would have liked less music on the head set and more descriptions and history about all the things we saw. Barcelona is a beautiful city so it was enjoyable

We loved the convenience of the HoHo. Unfortunately, on day two (May 22) the wait times were absolutely terrible. One and a half to two hours wait. This ended up costing us 40 euros for a taxi. You should have more busses or sell less tickets in order to accommodate the time of year.

The friendliness of the staff Disappointed I thought I would see the monuments at the different stops. It's more of a "bis" which allows you to go to the reserved visits than a tourist bus in which you can stay to see all the monuments (like in London).
