The fast tickets were great. We got in very quickly and didn't have to queue. The time slot was also very relaxed, I didn't have to stress so much to arrive on time. The Sagrada Familia is well worth seeing but the entrance fee is overpriced!
I loved the guided tour with the customs. And your music has been the best accompanied by the majestic nature inspired architecture 🍂 😍
Excellent communication after purchase, regular reminder before the planed visit, clear directions and instructions, no problem with the tickets on line.
We love our guide Paula from Amigo Tours! She's funny at the same time she knows Guidi pretty well. We got inside right away and she made us feel we got her back throughout the tour. I really recommend her! She's the best.
By reserving tickets online, we had no waiting time and were able to go straight through admission control, which was perfect. Highly recommended. The impressions of the Sagrada ... sensational! ❤
You have to visit the Sagrada Familia at least once. Simply a marvel and you can only marvel at it. Despite the large number of people, you don't feel crowded, there is enough space to move around freely. Due to the power failure on 28.04.25, we were unable to keep our booked appointment. The ticket was accepted the following day without any problems. Many thanks for this and a big thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff. Muchas gracias
Wonderful experience, the Segrada Familia. Clear booking and information in advance. Guide from Headout at the right time at the agreed place, entrance was efficient. Good explanations and adequate information. Highly recommended
I'll be honest, I was quite worried about getting into the venues because there were so many negative comments about Headout. I only saw these comments after I'd bought the tickets. Everything went well. We were only sad that we couldn't get a guide in Portuguese at the Sagrada Família.
Our guide Mark was excellent. He made the whole experience very worthwhile. He gathered all the guests to the appointed place, and he explained the whole process of the tour. His approach was friendly yet polite, and his english was at professional level. Moreover, the information he provided on historical, cultural and artistic facts of the monument (Sagrada Famiglia) were important, interesting and necessary for someone who trully wants to take advantage of this monument. I highly recommend a guided tour with Mark! Thank you again!
The Sagrada Familia is very beautiful and the staff is very attentive.
When I arrived I couldn't get the location, then I received a call and was able to locate myself. Eva's presentation was magnificent.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Interior with spectacular colors and texture. Must-see
Staff nice and kind .Sagrada familia guiding very good. I m very happy this trip.
Lena is a very professiinal guide and it was a awesome experience visting Sagrada Familia.
the day before, my tour was cancelled, and the only thing I could do is cancel otherwise I would have had to pay a disproportionate amount of money.
Park Güell was wonderful. Our experience at the Sagrada Familia was ruined by the guide, who spoke only average English. He shared very few details and interesting facts about the construction and the architect. There was a lack of storytelling and engagement. He seemed tired.
Stunning architecture ; great to jump the queue; but we still had a long walk around the building because we weren't properly directed
I really appreciated the ease of booking and receiving reservations with all the security required.
Despite having tested it previously, when I got to the park entrance, I couldn't open the tickets to show the QR codes. I had to contact support via chat and they ended up sending me the tickets by email (I wasted about half an hour). The audio guide never appeared in the Headout app. It was also necessary to contact them to resolve the situation.
I had booked two separate reservations combination La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and hop on hop off bus. Was a bit confusing because I saw the same ticket codes on La Sagrada tickets, but after contacting me it turned out that QzR codes were different. Be careful with the bus: 1. Look carefully at the company because there are different providers and 2. Buses often keep a long wait at various stops. It is not fastest form of transportation. Would be nice if ticket included a map with the stops.
Sagrada is wonderful, but too pricey for not being able to access a single balcony. Also, the audioguide had to be downloaded to my phone, and we didn't even get headphones...
Our tour guide was very knoledgeable about Sagrada Familia and told us every detali. As for the organization the link to meeting point under ticket booking in the app show us the wrong adress and also I tried to call the number below the reservatuon and I heard the numer could not be found... Despite few unpleasantness the tour was wonderful
It wasn't clear that I had to download the Headout app before leaving home. It took a huge amount of time and trouble to get these tickets downloaded. I never bothered with the audio guide after all of the problems I had with the tickets.
The expert tour was great! An excellently informed young guide led us through the church. Highly recommended! What we didn't like so much was that we had to wait 10 minutes after the agreed time (14:30) in the blazing sun for late arrivals and the rest of the process until we were finally admitted took another 10 minutes - through a very unfriendly security gate with airport-style lighting. But all in all very worthwhile!

I like the service most and team was very brilliant with the excellent communication. Keep that up in same passion. Will meet again for sure 😊😊 All the very best!
Booked the tickets online, which was fairly easy Then looking for a boarding stop This gave more problems, also because you don't know what they look like. So we went to grada familia to get on the bus. At first we were also wrong, but once we knew which buses and the staff explained the concept to us, our adventure could begin. Nice way of exploring the city with explanations in your own language about what you see along the way. And you can leave or re-enter the bus whenever you feel like it. This way you do not have to miss anything of Barcelona
We could literally get on and off as we liked. The commentary was informative and enabled us to decide which sights were best for us to actually visit. Definitely worth doing for us 👍
The route was interesting. Both lines are sufficiently long. There is an option to get off at different stops. We visited many sights.
Everything went really well. Friendly staff. It's a shame that the trip ends at 19:00, as Barcelona has a lot to offer at night too.
Easy of use. Traffic was congested. More people should take the hop on hop off to prevent congestion!
Only had one day to explore Barcelona and this way you pick up the highlights nicely.
The good number of buses and their frequency, plus the information provided during the trip.
Everything worked very well and we saw a lot
A rough overview of the whole city and the divided route.
We were able to do the 2 LINES in the same day with an audio guide in French.very little waiting at the stops.
Was really nice seeing the city in a short time. We did not want to go out because of the heat but saw a lot of major landmarks. One side of the bus did not have audio tourguide. Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.
Nice experience to see something of the city in a fairly short time. The buses run frequently. The tour guide in different languages through "earphones" was also nice! Nice rides through Barcelona
The whole package was just right, unfortunately we had the bad luck that we lost our bearings after the park and therefore couldn't find the bus stop. But apart from that everything was really great. I would book again.
It was very slow. A lot of stops where the driver got off and we stayed at the same stop for 10 plus minutes. Part of the bus tour that makes it helpful is getting to places. We had to get off and walk a few times far further than we would have liked as it would have taken over an hour to go 7+ stops.
It could have a vending water machine inside the BUs. The walk around the city was nice but there were some spots that the bus doesn't stop (like Plaza de Espanha).
When we arrived at the Hop on Hop off the bus malfunctioned and we lost over 30 minutes and that time wasn't compensated in the 24h validation ticket.
The route was beautiful and taught us a lot about Barcelona. There was one downside, actually two. 1. The bus did not pass the Sagrada Familia at any point so we did not see it. My husband can't walk , so that was bad. 2. We also did not pass the statue of Columbus. Also a missed opportunity
It was very good! I already knew the services. However, this time it exceeded expectations. The drivers were top-notch and the assistants were great. One of them is Brazilian and gave a show of sympathy, affection and empathy. Congratulations to all involved!
It was ok but for 2 days a ticket wasn't worth it. You can walk everywhere or take public transport.
Little empathy Unfriendly and more concerned about the cell phone than the tourists, even though there were only a few of us. Orange line in the afternoon The rest of the day very well
It is the ideal way to see the highlights in a quiet and pleasant way when visiting Barcelona for the first time.
It was an amazing way to see the city. The HOHO service was convenient when you know the stop but absolutely unhelpful when you are new to the city and not know where the exact t location of the meeting point was (I took a taxi to the Museu FC Barcelona meeting point and had to ask several people and walked back and forth to find the stop, while it would have been helpful to have a location intersection with street names). Also, the last stop was very unclear (19h00 vs the exact end time at the respe time stop).
It's great! Really nice to be able to visit the city this way! Too bad the catamaran tour wasn't included. You had to add 15 € / person. It should be clearer from the start.
We found out that on some of the buses there is Turkish audio guide, which is great, since my partner is Turkish. On other busse though the Turkish audio guide was missing, so she missed all the information needed.

The park was spectacular to see and visit. If you come Barcelona, do not miss this place. Also, with tour, it was very good experince. I specifically thanks to our tour guide Olga from From2Spain. She was very knowledgable and has fluent, understandable English. Thanks to her, it was incredible tour.
The guide was very good and informative. It was good that we were able to go earlier than our a reduced time. Only thing we didn't like was that there was no lockers to store backpacks.
It was unfortunate that on the day we were there many hiking trails had no passage. However, we did have a very good/cute guide. Her name is Olga.
The tour guide was amazing, it was really interesting to learn about the history of the park but our guide was also funny and very easy to listen to. We were put on an earlier tour as we had arrived early and there was space available, we were grateful for this as we had plans later and it made it easier to keep those plans.
Everything worked really well, instructions for meeting were a bit confusing, I thought it meant you would be in the parking lot over the road? Never mind, we found the purple shirts! Steven was fantastic guide, so interesting and informative.
It is very beautiful the Park, the guide with a lot of knowledge of everything. Clear in her exposition. Congratulations to Olga E. We leave impressed by So much beauty. Absolutely recommendable.
It was a great experience to walk through the Park Guell. The meeting place was easy to find. We took a taxi to the Park Guell and after the tour used a Hop on hop off bus. The tour guide was great and we have enough time to take the amazing photos. When the tour finished anyone who wanted to stay longer could do it.
Our guide was animated and obviously loves sharing the history and stories of Parc Guell. At a little over an hour it was the perfect length.
The guide Olga E was super good! She showed us all the special corners and told all the most original stories about the park. Beautiful visit and great experience.
What I liked best about this place was the background/thoughts that the architect Gaudi had when designing the park. The guide conveyed this well.
A beautiful park that requires a guided tour to understand its organization and architecture. Robert accompanied us and was a real asset in giving us an idea of what Gaudi was looking for in his creations. Adorable, passionate and fascinating, he's the guide to have on your tour.
Excellent experience. Just we didn't know that we have to the company first. Luckily it is close to the park so we managed. Otherwise everything was perfect. The guide, the your... We are happy that we were your clients!
The guide Maria Cristina was really good at the countless explanations that made the visit engaging and very interesting.
Excellent organization, but the time devoted to the guided tour too short, about 50m, makes the guide (very knowledgeable) very fast pé to visit as much as possible. In my opinion it deserves more time so that the guides can explain everything in the right time. Overall good I recommend it
Steven our tour guide was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience so much more meaningful. You can really tell he loves what he does—he brought Gaudí’s vision to life in such a fun and interesting way. This tour ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona. Highly recommend booking with Steven if you get the chance!
Very good english guide and detailed informations.
An absolute must do attraction for any Barcelona visitor.
Everything was ok! Our driver was very nice!
Our guide Olga Escribano made the tour very informative, educational and entertaining from start to finish.
Very good explanation from the guide!
The best was our tourist guide Oľga!! She was amazing.
Beautiful amazing parc, easy booking and entrance. Absolutely recommandable
They guide was knowledgeable, funny and spoke impeccable English.
Hernando was a great guide, telling us a amazing and moving stories of the architect and the park.

The park is beautiful! The Gaudi experience is another intriguing way to learn about his imagination and dedication to nature. We went early in the day (9:30a, June 7) and it was quite warm by the time we left about 11:30a. Make sure to wear sunscreen, hat, and take or buy water. The walk up to the higher levels is worth the climb! Remember that once you go down to the terrace (serpentine bench) you have "left" the park and would need to buy another ticket to get back in. I recommend the audio guide!
Booked the tickets online, which was fairly easy Then looking for a boarding stop This gave more problems, also because you don't know what they look like. The route was interesting. Both lines are sufficiently long. There is an option to get off at different stops. We visited many sights.
I really enjoyed the park, too bad they don't give you a park guide at the entrance, that would be nice. They could also think about an audio guide as an extra payment.
Only had one day to explore Barcelona and this way you pick up the highlights nicely.
Everything was wonderful 🤩 😍 It was very nice and atmospheric there
A beutiful park to walk around!!!..
It wasn't too crowded and we had a picnic on the spot. Really nice.
Easy to use app, clear and precise directions. Audio guide works perfectly
All is good. Thank you very much.
The beauty of the park and the fact that there aren't too many of us
Spacious, shifting levels many tourists but very nice three toilets a fountain with drinking water
It is a magnificent place and everyone should have access to the park.
A rough overview of the whole city and the divided route.
The process was very simple. The online ticket was easy to redeem. Unfortunately, it took a while for the audio guide to be downloaded. I would do this in advance in future.
Visited today ,very beautiful and impressive I suggest doing tickets much earlier online because the park before opening was already sold out. Verybpleasant self-guidance
Was really nice seeing the city in a short time. We did not want to go out because of the heat but saw a lot of major landmarks. One side of the bus did not have audio tourguide. Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.

When we arrived at the Hop on Hop off the bus malfunctioned and we lost over 30 minutes and that time wasn't compensated in the 24h validation ticket.
Excessive ticket for the quality of the visit, you need extra tickets for the museum .... Very expensive for an outdoor visit without any particular activity and a dirty place once again! All in all, I wouldn't count it among my favorites.
So glad we booked these a couple of days early because when we arrived the day was sold out. Easy scan of the QR code and we were in!
Little empathy Unfriendly and more concerned about the cell phone than the tourists, even though there were only a few of us. Orange line in the afternoon The rest of the day very well

Park is in a beautiful location in Barcelona. Lots of greenery which is very well maintained. Very nice sights. Friendly helpful staff as well.
Very well taken care of , even if there are a lot of people you visit well ,many shady and cool refreshment spots in the midst of nature , it was worth the visit
Very large park with unique facilities , several benches along the percorco , and other places where you can catch your breath and admire the artistic context, toilets clean and well maintained , very important feature for a place to visit and open to a numero.notevoli of visitors, the maps if there were a few more would not be bad pee understand along the way where we are and where we want to go, something there is but I would say nn very clear and intuitive ... cmq place to visit, beautiful singular, inside an additional ticket in addition to the entrance pee visit one of the houses inside the park. Which honestly could be part of the pew price of the ticket already paid to enter the park.
Perfect evening activity, gorgeous views and not too crowded. Unfortunately was unable to find out where/ how to access the audio equipment, and could not go to the museum as it required a different ticket......
Excellent communication after purchase, regular reminder before the planed visit, clear directions and instructions, no problem with the tickets on line.
It is an absolute must experience, you have a magnificent view of Barcelona and you can see each of Gaudi's creations up close
This place is perfect for connecting with nature, plants and flowers 🌸. What's more, the layout of the park is brilliant, spectacular and rejuvenating.
Wonderful park. Loved to walk around on our own and explore. Just remember to bring your own drink as you can't buy anything inside the Park.
The surroundings and musicians playing in different spots of the park. The park is well maintained and accessible from various streets.
Interesting in some aspects, nice view of Barcelona from above, typical mosaic decorations, but otherwise it is a very normal park
The Headout app makes traveling easy, we bought tickets to the Güell Park in Barcelona and Monserat. Very convenient service tickets came quickly, good instructions on how to travel to Monserat.
Pretty place and easy buying, awesome experience!
Nice place to see , but expensive entrance fee for just a park
Only had one day to explore Barcelona and this way you pick up the highlights nicely.
Everything was excellent, we are too pleased with the park
In general we liked everything. This is our third time there
Loved the park and the ticket experience was straightforward and very efficient.
The place was amazing, super well kept with spectacular views. We loved it!
Gorgeous park, really worth a visit.
It was very nice. It is worth a visit. I can only recommend it.
Everything went well and the park is beautiful.
Very nice clean neat park. Fantastic square Enthusiastic children.
Everything was beautiful, even the weather, online tickets, worked wonderfully, without any problems...thank you...
Tickets were easy to book and overall experience is 100/10, we will soon be back at Barcelona. ❤️🇪🇸

Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour
Our guide Guadaloupe was really good. She explained the history behind the building of Sagrada Familia and answered our questions. Sagrada Familia is magnificent.
The highlight of my visit was the emotion I felt contemplating all that exuberance. And I'd like to give top marks to the young guide, whose name I can't remember. Even though the tour was in Spanish, he made every effort to make sure we understood Portuguese. He is very well prepared to deal with the Portuguese language.
Our guide had so much knowledge and navigated through very efficiently showing us the key highlights in record time! Lots of visuals on his iPad too which was a good touch. He was amazing. Would highly recommend this tour to others visiting Barcelona.
We enjoyed our tour and learned things we hadn't heard on previous visits to SF. Our guide Roger was knowledgeable and good at making sure everyone in the group could hear and understand. He did talk a little too fast sometimes.
My experience with head out was stress free, everything fell into place just like the instructions given. We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Martha was very clear and thorough in giving us all the important points and enough time for photographs. I highly recommend Headout.
Eva was a great guide. She navigated through the crowds and gave us an informative and enjoyable tour.
Juan Miguel was a very good guide. His explanations were very clear and interactive.
Guadalupe was an amazing guide. Thank you!
We loved the guide, the tour was very interesting
The guide was very good. I would love his explanation.
Our tour guide Paula was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny during our tour! The Segrada Família was beautiful and definitely not something you want to miss.
Well organized, no delays on the appointment and the start of the tour. The guide was an enthusiast and very pleasant. Lots of details and explanations on his part. It was a real pleasure, thanks to him.
View to the Sagrada Familia, a work of art as a whole, with a super friendly guide, nice and above all that had a gift to explain the facades that exist today , which are that explanation you can not see what Gaudi focused "a genius". Thanks for everything.
Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and friendly. He engaged the group in discussion and made the tour more interesting. We also enjoyed the view from the top of the tower.
Lena's knowledge of the monument was exceptional. She was very patient, very detailed and very understanding. One of tge best tour guide i hv experienced
The ticketing process was seamless. Not only did I have the experience of the tour of the Sagrada Familia but a first class guide also. My guide was Omar who was incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about his role and ensured that each person included in my group thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
The guide's dynamism. However, he had a very thick accent when he spoke English, so it was difficult to understand, despite English being my first language.
The Sagrada Família is really worth seeing. It looks a bit playful compared to other churches, but that doesn't matter because the building itself is great. Our guide explained and narrated a lot and in detail and the guided tour in English is also easy to understand. After a guided tour, you don't have to leave immediately and can have a look around yourself.
I don't remember the name of the lady who gave us the tour but she was extraordinary, she had extensive knowledge of the place and was very open to answer questions, very kind and attentive. The price seemed high, but honestly it was worth every euro. Thank you for the experience.
The small group and the good detailed explanation were very good. It was all very good for 1 hour. You could ask questions.
Guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all areas of the venue. Very knowledgeable about history of venue. He was an excellent presenter and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this tour to friends and family.
Guadalupe was fantastic! We were able to join the tour at the last minute. She was warm and welcoming. It was a little difficult to hear at first, but I was able to adapt. I would book a tour with her again anytime!
All of the church was highlighted and pointed out specifically. Guide was awesome and gave us historical data along the tour.
Our guide was excellent and incredibly informative. There was so much to see at Sagrada Familia, and our guide explained everything. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he looked like Will Forte (TV and movie actor in US). Thanks.
The agency was very organized and timely. I loved our tourguide. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew every detail of Sagrada Família. My tour was Tuesday April 29th at 9:00 am. I highly recommended using this app/agency (Julia ...)

It was very good! I already knew the services. However, this time it exceeded expectations. The drivers were top-notch and the assistants were great. One of them is Brazilian and gave a show of sympathy, affection and empathy. Congratulations to all involved!
Loved the tour of la sagrada familia. The inside was amazing and my 11 yr olds favorite part of the trip. Park guell was fabulous to see and took a while to walk around and appreciate.
It was ok but for 2 days a ticket wasn't worth it. You can walk everywhere or take public transport.
Little empathy Unfriendly and more concerned about the cell phone than the tourists, even though there were only a few of us. Orange line in the afternoon The rest of the day very well

Our guide Guadaloupe was really good. She explained the history behind the building of Sagrada Familia and answered our questions. Sagrada Familia is magnificent.
Our guide had so much knowledge and navigated through very efficiently showing us the key highlights in record time! Lots of visuals on his iPad too which was a good touch. He was amazing. Would highly recommend this tour to others visiting Barcelona.
Guadalupe was an amazing guide. Thank you!
Our tour guide was very enthusiastic and friendly. He engaged the group in discussion and made the tour more interesting. We also enjoyed the view from the top of the tower.
The ticketing process was seamless. Not only did I have the experience of the tour of the Sagrada Familia but a first class guide also. My guide was Omar who was incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about his role and ensured that each person included in my group thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
Our guide Roger was very friendly and very detailed. Everything was easy to follow via earphones. The view from the towers was also spectacular. We will definitely come back again!
Great visit to fanastic site ... you cannot help but be amazed. Our great guide Robbie was exceptionally knowledgable and passionate , with a sense of humour ! Thank you Robbie !
I did the Sagrada Familia tour with tower access. We were not able to do the tower access due to weather. We were told a partial refund would be provided in 2-3 days but that did not occur.
Our local guide was very funny and professional at the same time. Attentive to details and to our questions. A nice group fascinated by an extraordinary monument! Well organized and timely visit. To be repeated!
Planing, coordinate and view 🤩 Very good feelings inside 😊💖🤗
Our guide was very knowledgeable & jolly. The whole experience was very good.
Roger has explained the Sagrada Familia in detail.
Very good experience, we were taken by a guide named Roger, he spoke very clearly and in two languages at the same time.
I loved the entire tour. Anna was terrific and very knowledgable. wha an amazing tour.

This experience is perfect for people who love street art
All beautiful, very fast entry due to qrcode scanning.
What's there is good but it's not enough to justify the high price and there is overlap with the London and Amsterdam MOCOs
I wanted to visit this museum because of Kaws and banksy exibition. Although I thought there would be more of Kaws I still enjoyed the museum and specially the magical room with diamonds.
It was not what I was expected. Not entirely my kind of art. But regarding tickets, everything was great as expected. Thank you Headout!
The link to tickets didn't work and we had to buy them again. We will be looking for a refund
Too bad never again knew it again cheating advertising
Great down to earth contemporary collections
Banksy, Warhol, Basquiat, all under one roof in Barcelona’s most disruptive museum.

What we liked most was the Sagrada Familia - words do not do it justice. However, we actually missed out meeting time - there was construction going on at the spot. Another tour guide from another company told us we had the right spot but wrong time. However we did come upon a city tour guide named Eduardo who said if some of his group didn't show up we could join him. That is what happened, so lucky for us we were part of a private tour. We were glad we to a cab to Guidi Park as the map didn't shop the hill and how complicated the route actually is. Our guide was great- I forgot her name.
Excellent organization, the guide was perfect! Super friendly, very well-spoken English, super professional and conveyed very well the passion that Gaudi wanted to convey through his works.
What I loved the most about this experience was our guide David explained both places with details and he was very friendly. He helped us taking nice photos as well. The meeting point was clear. Overall we enjoyed the experience.
.Meeting point information was unclear/unhelpful
Hi both the guides were really excellent. Their knowledge was great and they imparted it well to the group.
The guide. The pace. Everything neatly arranged on time.
