Does Turbopass really let me skip the lines?

Only partly. You may skip the ticket-buying line at some attractions, but you still queue for security, timed-entry checks, or voucher exchange. At places like Sagrada Família, nobody skips the security line, no matter which pass you use.

Is public transport included with every Turbopass?

No. Public transport is included only if you choose the Pass + Public Transport option. That version covers metro, trains, trams, and buses from the airport and around the city, but not Aerobús or night buses.

Can I use the Turbopass on my phone?

Usually, yes. Your pass is sent by email and can normally be scanned from your phone, but some attractions may ask for a separate ticket or a clearer barcode. Check each voucher carefully before setting out. To be on the safer side, you can print out a copy of your pass and keep it with you.

Can I visit the same attraction twice?

No. The pass covers one admission per included attraction, so you can’t re-enter the same site on another day or go back later for free. If you want a second visit, you’ll need a separate ticket.

Can I get a refund after first use?

Usually no. Once you’ve started using the pass, it’s generally non-refundable, even if you later use fewer attractions than planned. If a specific add-on can’t be secured, you may get that portion refunded, not the whole pass.

Your pass will automatically get activated on the date selected by you while placing the order.
If you've opted for the Pass + Public Transport option, your pass also provides free access to trains, metros, trams, and buses from the airport and within the city for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days, depending on your pass. Your transport ticket will only be activated with the first use of public transportation.

Validity

After Activation: Your pass is activated on the date selected during checkout and is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) chosen. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday plus the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
