In beginning tour guide explained what we looked forward towards the experience. He gave option to stay with tour group or go on own if we decided which was nice. However everyone decided to stay with tour guide and we are especially glad we did because the Tour guide made experience nice and kept everyone interested. Such a Great experience.
Our tour guide was great, funny, engaging and carrying. He was pay attention to almost anyone from the group and keep asking us if we have any questions. It was great pleasure taking part in this sightseeing. I highly recommend to everyone.
The tour guide was great and the tour started before the actual park. Lots of information and great weather made the visit a unique experience.

Good to be shown the main points of interest and all the history behind the park as it is really huge. Our guide was very nice & knowledgeable, though I can't remember her name!
This guided tour of Parc Guell was really exciting and interesting. The place is stunning and original, but what made the experience more enjoyable and exciting was the explanation of our guide, Victor, nice precise and helpful!

Great guide who gave us a lot of interesting information about the park and the architect Gaudi. We had a wonderful time. Easy to book, easy to find our guide and no waiting in line.
The tour guide Olga was amazing!!!! 20/10 stars!! even though it was a rainy day, she did a great job remaining positive, and did a wonderful job telling us about the history in a fun way. She's a great story teller and gave us restaurant recs at the end!
Great guide with lots of background information

I like to listen stories of city from local people and of course the architecture was amaizing .
Excellent experience. Gaudi et al vision was extraordinary. Our guide, Mel, was a wonderful host, giving as real insight into the thinking of the architects of that time. 5/5 for Mel.
I am impressed with the way we found the entrance and the organisation for the group entry was good. Our Group leader was such a lovely person and did a great job. The gentle entry made it good for my back and legs that suffer when walking and so found it a good route in and out of the Park. Thank you.
Park is absolutely gorgeous and great fun to walk through. Our tour guide was delightfully warm and gave us interesting and humorous info about the park. Outstanding!
I was delighted with the park and the tour. Our guide spoke very good English, was very nice and explained everything really well!

We loved every minute of our tour due to the amazing guide Paula, she was equally witty, funny, sweet, firm and pushy to show us all aroudn within 50 mins
Guide arrived late. Too long having to wait as he checked tickets. 3.15 start became 3.40. Knowledgeable guide , however.
Fantastic place to visit and made even better by having a guide, otherwise I'm sure there would have been lots we would have missed. Really helped you understand Gaudi, why he did what he did and his influences.
the guide was friendly, spoke French but WITH A VERY STRONG SPANISH ACCENT and we didn't always understand him very well

The guide (unfortunately I have forgotten her name) was just great, explained and told everything, but not too much... offered to take photos and also gave a few tips at the end. A few jokes in between... the tour wasn't too long... and I understood everything perfectly via the headset the whole time

I loved learning more about Gaudi & the history of the park! I wasn't sure how to find our guide/group upon arrival at the park, more details like look for guide with blue shirts would be helpful 😊
I was very annoyed with all the text messages I received beforehand. It felt like I wasn't being taken seriously, as if I wouldn't be able to remember when I had booked the tour and that I needed to be there on time. And why did I have to be there half an hour in advance? That felt very unnecessary. The park was beautiful and it was good to hear more about it, although it felt like the tour guide was just going through the motions. Obviously I understand you can't be super excited telling the same stories day in, day out, but it kinda felt like she didn't want to be there. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have stepped out of the tour long before it ended.
It was spectacular because the tickets on the official Park Guell website were sold out up to four days later and we weren't going to be able to visit because our vacation was coming to an end. With the Headout app, we were lucky enough to be able to buy tickets for the afternoon on the same day, and everything went well. All we had to do was wait at the entrance for the duly identified guide, as indicated in the app, and everything went well. The guide was spectacular, he lasted about an hour and explained the main points and then we were free to visit the park at our leisure and take photos.

Tour guide was OK, but it was a lot of standing around whilst he made little jokes at a slow slow pace - padding out the time - we could have easliy done without the tour so it felt like we paid too much and not great value for money
Knowledgeable guide, directions to the venue perfect. Only downside is that for about an hour the price paid to access it is quite exorbitant.

Booked the tickets online, which was fairly easy Then looking for a boarding stop This gave more problems, also because you don't know what they look like. So we went to grada familia to get on the bus. At first we were also wrong, but once we knew which buses and the staff explained the concept to us, our adventure could begin. Nice way of exploring the city with explanations in your own language about what you see along the way. And you can leave or re-enter the bus whenever you feel like it. This way you do not have to miss anything of Barcelona

The two bus routes allow you to see areas that you would be unlikely to reach especially if you only have a few days. The cost is quite high but it is really worth it, I would definitely repurchase it! I would only recommend checking the audio stations on the older buses because several were not working and if the bus is full you may be walking around without the audio guide explaining where you are.

Enjoyed how easy it was to get on and travel around the city, then switch lines and see the other part of the city. We used it in place of Uber or the metro and had no problem getting around.
We could literally get on and off as we liked. The commentary was informative and enabled us to decide which sights were best for us to actually visit. Definitely worth doing for us 👍
I love that we were able to listen and learn about every stop the bus took us too. The tour buses were an easy access hopping on and off. We were able to experience and see all of Barcelona.
The comments along the way were enlightening. The bus frequency was optimal, as were the stops close to tourist sites, except for Parc Güell, which is a 15-minute walk uphill.

Nice way to travel around the city, earphones work well and fun to listen to along the way. I thought you were plotted near the Sagrada and parc guell but that was still quite a walk. And watch carefully which route you take. You buy a ticket for 24 hours but can only take the bus until 19.00: we found that a pity.
View original review in Dutch
The route was interesting. Both lines are sufficiently long. There is an option to get off at different stops. We visited many sights.
It's great that you can get on and off at any bus stop and that there are lots of buses. It was very crowded, so there were waiting times, many headphone sockets on one bus were broken

Well, I wouldn't say it's entirely your fault - I didn't check carefully either. It's a hop-on hop-off package, but if you don't check the dates carefully, as I didn't, you risk getting tickets that don't match. Our tickets for Parc Güell were not for the same day as those on the tour bus - there was a week's difference! So, my advice: stay calm and be very careful when buying tickets on unofficial websites.

Our guide Mark was excellent. He made the whole experience very worthwhile. He gathered all the guests to the appointed place, and he explained the whole process of the tour. His approach was friendly yet polite, and his english was at professional level. Moreover, the information he provided on historical, cultural and artistic facts of the monument (Sagrada Famiglia) were important, interesting and necessary for someone who trully wants to take advantage of this monument. I highly recommend a guided tour with Mark! Thank you again!
The guide is awesome! He managed to herd a crowd of thirty from all walks of lives (and countries). He is passionate and knowledgeable, especially on the historical and religious aspects of Sagarada Familia.
Lovely guide. Lots of new information since our last visit 7 years ago. A great starter before we explored on our own. The light was fabulous, so atmospheric it brought a lump to my throat. Not a religious person but the skill and beauty of the architecture was stunning.
We had an amazing time exploring the Sagrada Familia thanks to our guide Carla! Everything was well explained and we learned a lot especially even the small details that we may not notice! Overall I would recommend booking this as it doesn't take too long so you can still roam around the church afterwards and can do alot more for the rest of your day! Super happy!
Lena is a very professiinal guide and it was a awesome experience visting Sagrada Familia.
Guide and our man was really good! It was raining and meering point was at the park in the mud - did NOT like this!
This church is worth seeing, whether from the inside or the outside. It's the second time I've been there. Fascinates me again and again.

I really liked the Sagrada Familia. Paek guel did not meet our expectations very much. Quite chaotic no clear signs on how to get to the main points, and there was no access to the highest point

Paulo was our guide and she was awesome! Was a great tour of a beautiful church . Bought tickets the day before because online tickets were sold out . Ended up being one of the best tours we did . Again Paulo was excellent.
I like our excursion at Sagrada Familia and that we passed as a group. In park Guel we went through without waiting everything was working well!
Roger, our guide was very professional in all aspects. First of all fast track is good idea ...believe me :o) No stress everything was smooth in such chaotic place fuul of people. I'm not a big supporter of of guided tours, but this time I was absolutely fascinated by all insights, details, information we have received from Roger during this adventure. Roger was all the time very communicative and passionate. So money well spent...Thank you. TB
Access with tickets was easy. It was sold out, so i was glad I booked in advance. The Sagrada Familia experience is incomparable with any other temple I have visited. It blew my mind of how great was Gaudi's creative genius. Audio guide was helpful and well put together.
App worked well and we were able to orient ourselves easily within the cathedral to understand the design and elements that are so unique.
You have to visit the Sagrada Familia at least once. Simply a marvel and you can only marvel at it. Despite the large number of people, you don't feel crowded, there is enough space to move around freely. Due to the power failure on 28.04.25, we were unable to keep our booked appointment. The ticket was accepted the following day without any problems. Many thanks for this and a big thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff. Muchas gracias

Wonderful experience, the Segrada Familia. Clear booking and information in advance. Guide from Headout at the right time at the agreed place, entrance was efficient. Good explanations and adequate information. Highly recommended

I'll be honest, I was quite worried about getting into the venues because there were so many negative comments about Headout. I only saw these comments after I'd bought the tickets. Everything went well. We were only sad that we couldn't get a guide in Portuguese at the Sagrada Família.
View original review in Portuguese
It was very crowded at the meeting point and the guide was only holding up a small A5 size paper with the Headout logo. We waited for 10 minutes for 4 people who never turned up - perhaps they couldn't see her? Once inside however, it was unforgettable.
The hop on hop off bus experience was not good. Our bus broke down at one of the stops. We all had to get out and get at the end of a queue with 50 people already waiting. We had to wait for several buses before we could get on. Also the audio connection did not work at seats we were sitting and there were no other places to sit. None of the choices above fit my bad experience so I just picked one so I could submit my review
Small group. Although we had to buy tickets with English speaking guide, Eva, the guide, did her best to make sure we didn't miss any detail.

For those who visit this wonderful Park it would be congliabile to go in the morning at the opening so that it is not too crowded to take photos, already around 11.00 am it fills up, especially near the iconic "iguana" on the staircase. Anyway a very unique experience for those who visit Barcelona and are interested in the architecture and natural beauty. I was lured to this provider's webpage thinking those are official venue tickets. With €26 per ticket I overpaid substantially. For one adult €8 and for the senior ticket €13. No tickets WITHOUT audio guide were "available". My total payment though the official web page would have been €31. Here I paid nearly €54. Ver grumpy!

While the unique style of Gaudi is a must-see in Barcelona, I believe the park to be too expensive for what it offers. Extra tickets to enter a few of the inside venues were unexpected and not worth the extra expenses. It's not something I'll recommend highly to others.
The tickets allow for quick access to Sagrada Família, and the tower. The venue is amazing and has to be seen from the inside as well as the outside. Highly recommend
Straightforward booking and entry to the park. The park itself is beautiful and despite the high number of visitors on this day, you can also find quiet corners.

Our guide Guadaloupe was really good. She explained the history behind the building of Sagrada Familia and answered our questions. Sagrada Familia is magnificent.
All of the church was highlighted and pointed out specifically. Guide was awesome and gave us historical data along the tour.
The highlight of my visit was the emotion I felt contemplating all that exuberance. And I'd like to give top marks to the young guide, whose name I can't remember. Even though the tour was in Spanish, he made every effort to make sure we understood Portuguese. He is very well prepared to deal with the Portuguese language.

Our guide was excellent and incredibly informative. There was so much to see at Sagrada Familia, and our guide explained everything. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he looked like Will Forte (TV and movie actor in US). Thanks.
Our guide had so much knowledge and navigated through very efficiently showing us the key highlights in record time! Lots of visuals on his iPad too which was a good touch. He was amazing. Would highly recommend this tour to others visiting Barcelona.
The agency was very organized and timely. I loved our tourguide. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He knew every detail of Sagrada Família. My tour was Tuesday April 29th at 9:00 am. I highly recommended using this app/agency (Julia ...)
We enjoyed our tour and learned things we hadn't heard on previous visits to SF. Our guide Roger was knowledgeable and good at making sure everyone in the group could hear and understand. He did talk a little too fast sometimes.
We had a great time with our guide, open for curiosity and with a good mix of guiding us and let us enjoy the atmosphere inside.
My experience with head out was stress free, everything fell into place just like the instructions given. We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Martha was very clear and thorough in giving us all the important points and enough time for photographs. I highly recommend Headout.
The guide, despite speaking in Spanish, as scheduled, gave us a great experience and passionate about the beauty of the Sagrada Familia. Thank you!

Easy to find, it was raining and it was nice to wait inside for our experience to start. Our guide was informative and friendly. My recommendation is book early for us that was key. Nothing to do with guide but one thing was on the "things to bring" it said to bring passport, you do not need it to enter. The entrance is similar to airport security.
I think you should mention that the English speaking tour is really English + Spanish so every sentence was repeated twice. It was cumbersome.
Our local guide was very funny and professional at the same time. Attentive to details and to our questions. A nice group fascinated by an extraordinary monument! Well organized and timely visit. To be repeated!

Juan Miguel was on top form for this guided tour in French of the Sagrada familia. From the history of the project to the description of the construction details, he also gave us time to contemplate the site, and we were able to ask all our questions. A one-hour guided tour that can be extended at your leisure.

The location.. Burger King was closed and so the entire group of people there were anxious as the guide had not yet reached.. The guide Joseph was knowledgeable, patient and provided lots of information about Sagrada Família and Gaudi.. A very interesting and informative tour in all
The meeting place was incorrect. There were 3 of us that were told to meet at the Picasso Bar. The number on the ticket was able to tell us the correct meeting place. We almost missed our tour.

This is a great service. It was very busy the day we were in Barcelona. The Barcelona Bus Turistic: Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus had multiple buses, sometime having two or three running right behind each other to help carry the load of customers.
It rained that day and as we wanted to be up top originally we were told we had to sit downstairs...when we hopped on again we were able to sit up top and then the rain started. The awning helped but every corner turned dumped water all over us by the side!!!
What a great experience! We were able to get the front row on the top level for a perfect view. We rode the entire red route then jumped on the blue bus for the the entire route. We plan to return and really hit all the tourist spots.
We loved the convenience of the HoHo. Unfortunately, on day two (May 22) the wait times were absolutely terrible. One and a half to two hours wait. This ended up costing us 40 euros for a taxi. You should have more busses or sell less tickets in order to accommodate the time of year.
The friendliness of the staff Disappointed I thought I would see the monuments at the different stops. It's more of a "bis" which allows you to go to the reserved visits than a tourist bus in which you can stay to see all the monuments (like in London).

The staff was very friendly. The museum itself was quite disappointing...I was expecting more modern works of art.... The price seems excessive and abusive for what it is.... More than a museum, it looks like a gallery.... Not worth the visit!

Very expensive admission for an expo that is a hair-breadth.

We booked a last-minute tour of Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell on our recent trip to Barcelona as we'd left it too late to get individual tickets, and we are so glad we did! everything went very smoothly except our start. There was a misunderstanding regarding our transfer from the train to our next means of transportation. We thought that the cable car was included in our ticket,we got off there.Along with many others.Turned out we were wrong. We had to buy an additional cable car ticket. The return trip went fine after we let the Info help us.Maybe a tip for the future.

Easy access to tickets, process was very well documented and easy! If anyone has time on their visit to Barcelona, I'd highly recommend getting out of the city for the day to experience this amazing place, the views are incredible, we spent a good 2-3 hours wandering in the hills of Monserrate.
It was absolutely fantastic...the booking process, redemption of the ticket at the train station; everything was brilliant...we had a fantastic time. We have used your services before and was equally impressed...we thoroughly recommend your services!
Very basic and the tickets can actually be purchased on site without any problems. It was a shame that the second cable car up the highest mountain was no longer included in the price. We had booked this because we had no experience of the location.

The immensity of the site, unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side... lots of fog and torrential rain.... will have to come back one day to see the landscape and the site in depth.

Had to pay for more travel further up the mountain. Was under the impression all travel was included
The whole tour is beautiful, the only complicated thing was to find the ticket exchange points.

While Barcelona is best explored on foot, you can choose from a bus tour or even a bicycle tour to discover the hidden nooks of the city. Spanish food is a class apart, so we urge you to try a culinary or cooking tour to get a feel of the Catalan flavours.
The best part about Barcelona is the fact that the city can be entirely explored on foot.
Perhaps the most comfortable and efficient way to traverse the whole city, with a Barcelona bus tour you can cover almost all the renowned locations in the city.
From delicious Croquetas to scrumptious Bombas and Paella, Barcelona's food is legendary with reason.
A city with some of the most organized streets means that it is the ideal place for riding bikes, looking at the splendid architecture and enjoying the warm Mediterranian breeze.
If you like walking in the company of a local expert, sign up for a guided tour. If you prefer your own company and strolling about at your pace, a self guided tour paired with an audio guide is perfect. Here's what you need to know about guided and self guided tours in Barcelona.
A guided tour of Barcelona is especially handy when you are on a time crunch and don't know where to go. Your professional tour guide will take you to the most renowned (and lesser-explored) spots in the city and dole out interesting facts about Barcelona. A guided tour also means you get to save a lot of money, as booking guided tours online in advance let you make the best use of discounts and exclusive offers.
A self-guided tour lets you explore the city and its many attractions all by yourself. Since you won't be accompanied by a guide or a group in tow, you can explore the city at your own pace. However, if you aren't sure about where to go, what to do or how to go about it, a guided tour is a much better option. You might also be expected to shell out more money while visiting attractions as you won't find the kind of discounts you would online.
Perhaps the most legendary work of master architect Antoni Gaudi, the Sagrada Familia is a church unlike any other. With four towering spires and an intricate design that has taken over a hundred and thirty years to complete, it is the most iconic building in the city.
Camp Nou is the home to the most decorated football club on Earth, FC Barcelona. It is also Europe’s largest stadium, with a capacity of over 99,000. Millions of tourists know this place as simply the home of Lionel Messi.
The very heart of Barcelona, Placa de Catalunya is where you should start your exploration of the city. You can find everything here, from guides and maps to bars and clubs. It is close to many popular buildings in Barcelona.
A place filled with tons of UNESCO world heritage sites such as the Palau de la Musica along with other wonderful sights such as the Gothic Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. You will find this district filled with amazing restaurants and some of the most authentic food in town.
This district houses two of Gaudi’s most famous buildings, the Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. This is also the city’s most stylish neighborhood and shopping district.
The very life of the city, the street market that never sleeps is a sight to behold. After you avoid the initial few stalls and hawkers, you will find yourself in the real market where you can enjoy delicacies for as low as 1 Euro. You can even find the best Serrano ham in this market.
The beachy neighborhood, this is where you can experience what it is like to be on holiday. You can even watch the sun setting on the horizon in this beautiful neighborhood.
A garden located in the north of central Barcelona, Park Guell is a place that was first envisioned by Antoni Gaudi. Initially planned as a housing development with over 60 houses, this place is an ode to the Gaudi’s remarkable talents.
