It was so easy to get the tickets at the airport information desk. The lady we dealt with was so polite and professional. Picked up the tickets, headed to the Metro and off to the hotel. We used the Barcelona card to gain discounted access to some muesums, the cable car and the aquarium. The card is a must - the discounts may be small in some locations, but they do add up. Well worth it.
Convenience and comfortable traffic.
Instructions for redeeming this ticket were not clear at all. Had a lot of trouble finding out how to exchange this voucher for the real pass. Need more specific address for the catalunya booth. Was given incorrect instructions from metro staff everywhere. This was advertised as refundable and cancellable, it was not.
The card worked after I received it. Unfortunately, I received it a whole day late and was told that I would not get anything back. As the electricity was out for a whole day in Spain, this was an unforeseen event. I realize this, but I would have liked a refund for one day

If you have a late flight, you cannot immediately use the ticket to travel from the airport to your downtown destination. Still had to buy another ticket for metro and could only use the 96h ticket the day after. Otherwise, we were satisfied with it.

It was a gamechanger. With one simple ticket you can travel as much as you like - by bus or by the metro. It really made a lot of things easier and the holdiday therefore more enjoyable.
Ideal for exploring the city, metro, train and bus get you everywhere quickly. Especially the metro is an easy way to get around quickly.

You can move around Barcelona very flexibly. The metro is also pleasant. The buses are already unpleasantly overcrowded. If you book in advance via Headout, you can only get tickets from certain information points. We therefore had to pay an additional 5 euros for the journey there. You could have bought the Hola Barcelona ticket from any ticket machine.

The perfect way to travel in Barcelona. Also recommended is to take the metro to or from the airport. Super experience, one of the deepest metro routes in Europe.

It was an easy purchase and easy to use. We mostly used it for metro rides as opposed to busses but I can't imagine the experience being too different. 10/10 would do again.
The people in Barcelona are very friendly and helpful. Very good transport connections. They take care of your safety.

We had booked the 4-day ticket and it was easy to redeem at the airport against our booking and we were able to use all means of transportation.

Super convenient and economical. From the time we arrived at the airport to the time we left again. This card is a must for visiting the city!

Great ticket and it worked great. Suggestions for improvement: You don't know exactly when the hours have expired, so you have to be very careful when using it for the first time. Card bends quickly. An app on your cell phone would be cool!

We got from one place to another very well. Unfortunately, it is not easy to see that the cable car Teleferic to Montjuïc is not included in the tickets. It costs about 17€ there and back.

I liked the fact that I could move around easily without thinking about tickets, but the fact that night buses are not included is a bit limiting--with that price you could get them to take Still, positive experience

Once you have found out where you can get the card (badly signposted at the airport, at the metro stations at the machine only after several attempts), then everything is easy. Good price-performance ratio for stays of several days

First the digital purchase and app but you have to print it out afterwards and can't drive directly via the QR code in the app. What a pity. I couldn't print it out at the airport, the next morning I needed a ticket because I had to go to an appointment and couldn't go to a tourist information office to print it out. It could be fully digitalized. Thank you

These passes are very practical and recommended if you're staying in Barcelona. However, be careful. If you buy them online, you can only pick them up at certain times in certain places. Don't be fooled like me if you arrive late in Barcelona, you won't be able to collect them until the following day. You can buy exactly the same passes from kiosks at any time, especially at the airport.

Thank you very much for the uncomplicated and fast processing for a great weekend with many wonderful experiences 🙏🏽

The Travemünde Card is very good. The only thing we were missing was a map, as with the metro, for buses and trains, to see which vehicle you can use to reach a chosen destination. Ober is there an app?

The devaluation was due to: No connection to Parc Güell. The Hola B. Travel Card is not valid on buses, which is not indicated on the website.

Redeeming the pre-paid QR code ticket voucher at the tourist information desk at Barcelona Airport to receive the printed Travel Card worked without any problems. The Travel Card worked perfectly and traveling freely in the city with the card was a pure pleasure.
Painless way to sightsee Barcelonas atractions. You can use whichever public transport you'd like and don't worry about ticketing since this card 'cover up' everything you need.

I have never visited so many museums in Barcelona. The ticket allows you to visit museums that would otherwise not have been on your itinerary. Unfortunately, the ticket redemption is very inconvenient, especially the metro ticket, which I would have liked to have immediately on the evening of arrival and not the next morning.
View original review in German
The big problem is finding an office where you can change your e-ticket. It's badly indicated and poorly explained on the app and at the time of purchase. It's also important to specify which museums are free and which are discounted, as well as the percentage discount, and to state clearly that aerobus is not included.

Cool museums and attractions! And the transport card (Hola Card) is just amazing and was very useful 👍🏻. My tip: visit the Bunksy Museum, because it is just stunning
Very convenient way to have access to the museums in the city and also be able to travel on the entire transportation system in Barcelona. We enjoyed
As a first-time visitor to Barcelona, I found it a bit less straightforward than expected to figure out how to get the metro pass and the attraction card. I really appreciated that many museums were free to access with the card, but in hindsight, I wish I had chosen the other pass that included entry to the Gaudí museums, as those were the main attractions I was hoping to visit. Unfortunately, I only realized this later on. Overall, I loved the convenience of simply showing my Barcelona Card at the counter and receiving my ticket—it made the experience so much smoother.
The convenience of the card and the quality of public transportation.

It was easy to find the bus at the airport and was efficient. The bus has luggage racks to store your luggage. It took about 30 minutes to get to the city center, placa de catalunya. Very convenient. Great job, Thank You.
Travel at 4 am without problems, super fast and with movement and control at the stop that gives security to walk at that time.

Hassle-free purchase, easy to retrieve, both offline as an image and online via the app. Transportation was fast and safe in the air-conditioned bus. Plenty of space for passengers and suitcases, as buses ran at a good frequency to avoid overcrowding. Gladly again!

Easy to find the bus. Very frequent service. Very affordable. Would absolutely use aerobus again next time I am in Barcelona.
Very convenient service we used both surface transportation, subway and aerobus. Unfortunately, my HOLA pass immediately became demagnetized and I had to have it replaced.

Very satisfied with this service. Buses provide constant on/off service. Plenty of room for suitcases is provided. Everything is also clearly marked. Recommended.

very quick and easy, the shuttle is located just outside the airport and takes you to the city center.

I believe booking thru this site was approx 3 euros more expensive than booking direct. We tried to board at Universitat but were turned away by the driver saying we had to go to another station to board. I'm not sure why that is the only station that is only a drop off when all the others are available to board. Its not a long walk to the next station, but it was unexpected. There are plenty of busses available and its a great service to use for easy access to and from the airport.
It was easy to use. There was some confustion at the airport as to which QR code was the correct one. The gentleman scanning tickets said I didn't have an AeroBus ticket and it was only the Hola Barcelona ticket. But I was able to find the correct QR code that worked. Since I am unfamiliar with the BCN airport or the language I did watch the videos on how to exit the airport to the bus stop and that was helpful.
Easy to find the pick up spot with all the colourful signage in the airport terminal. Good clear information on the stops onboard the bus. Bus was clean and tidy
Very good. Everything went well. I always intend to use the Aerobus. But I needed a taxi and was turned down in Barcelona because of the construction work around the Rambla. It was terrible having to walk back to the hotel carrying suitcases.

Vaig comprar el tiquet en línia i tot va ser perfecte, puntualitat a la sortida del bus a l'aeroport de Barcelona i en 35 minuts vam arribar a plaça Catalunya. Viatge ràpid i còmode.

Audio guide? There wasn't one... Luggage stowage suboptimal, especially when the bus is full! So, the statement that there is plenty of space for luggage only applies to half-full buses. However, as the crowds were exorbitantly large (we had to take 2 buses), large suitcases can hardly be accommodated. The positive thing was that the buses came so quickly one after the other and the display on the bus about the stops was very clear

The bus attendants worked efficiently to load the bus. Problem, we didn't know that one bus group went to Terminal 1 another to 2, so we got on the first bus that came. We then had to find the inter terminal bus. We did not miss our plane but think we should have known to wait for bus 2.
Bus was clean, not full and got to the airport much quicker than expected, but it was 4 am so there was minimal traffic. Driver was good.
Good timing, the bus comes every 10 minutes at the main times. Despite after-work traffic, you can get to the city center quickly via the bus lane!

The bus stop for the airport was very difficult to find. A local man helped us, seeing that we were in the wrong place, even though it had the right name.

The bus was quickly found at the airport. There really is a bus going to Plaça de Catalunya every 5-10 minutes. Next time we are in Barcelona again, we will definitely use this service.

So quick and easy to use. There was always a bus ready when we got to the stop. Good instructions on the bus as to the next stop. Good value for money.
Very friendly and organized Aerobus. The driver even told me where to find the Ursuinaona metro station, near Plaça Catalunya.

Quick and easy to book online, no waiting time when boarding, no app to use, a pdf comes in the email, open it, show it and you're done. Every seat on the bus is equipped with a USB charger and stops directly in front of the terminal; it couldn't be simpler, less stressful or cheaper.

I most liked that you can bring up your ticket offline. The bus was clean and comfy, and I got a scenic little tour of Barcelona on the way to the Placa de Catalonia. I am glad for this service.

We really loved so much the experience. I really think you could explain better all the informations in your app and PDF ticket. For exemple: The informations about which events/access can be enter by QR CODE or only by printed vouchers/cards are really confused. Many tourits became confused. The Aerobus, "Monbus" enterprise, ARE NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORT! As i said, i really didn't understand your explanations and i lost a little time in my arrival in Barcelona.
