The experience at Park Güell was amazing, as expected. I didn't like however that you couldn't share the tickets with others as a PDF file. Very annoying.
The tour guide was great! He was funny, relatable, and seemed knowledgeable. There were two young kids there with their oarents and he did a great job of making it fun for them as well. The meeting point was easy to identify and they were very organized and punctual.
Park Guell was beautiful! We explored the whole park. I will say the app is unhelpful and needs some more work. Would definitely visit Park Guell again though if I was back in BCN!
Very nice experience - our guide was very good and kind. First we had one hour guidet tour and after that we could walk around the park ourselfes.
For those who visit this wonderful Park it would be congliabile to go in the morning at the opening so that it is not too crowded to take photos, already around 11.00 am it fills up, especially near the iconic "iguana" on the staircase. Anyway a very unique experience for those who visit Barcelona and are interested in the architecture and natural beauty. Through your app I was also able to listen to an audio guide in Italian language that provided me with some interested notions. COSGLIATISSIMO!!!

Park is absolutely gorgeous and great fun to walk through. Our tour guide was delightfully warm and gave us interesting and humorous info about the park. Outstanding!
Everything is great and wonderful, but there are few water intake points and toilets. We found 1 toilet, but it didn't work eitheR.
Beautiful park, with beautiful nature and very nice Gaudi objects to visit. Very worthwhile, golden tip ' start at the entrance at the very top of the park' then you can slowly descend to the main entrance to get out again. Otherwise quite a bit of climbing ...

In beginning tour guide explained what we looked forward towards the experience. He gave option to stay with tour group or go on own if we decided which was nice. However everyone decided to stay with tour guide and we are especially glad we did because the Tour guide made experience nice and kept everyone interested. Such a Great experience.
Our tour guide was great, funny, engaging and carrying. He was pay attention to almost anyone from the group and keep asking us if we have any questions. It was great pleasure taking part in this sightseeing. I highly recommend to everyone.
The tour guide was great and the tour started before the actual park. Lots of information and great weather made the visit a unique experience.

The park is amazing. The sights, the colors, the nature! Being able to go inside Gaudi's house was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommend a visit to this park!
Great place! The park is big, beautiful and very famous, so you definitely need to buy tickets in advance to get in on the desired date and time. The ticket purchase service is convenient and clear. I recommend using it!
Good to be shown the main points of interest and all the history behind the park as it is really huge. Our guide was very nice & knowledgeable, though I can't remember her name!
This guided tour of Parc Guell was really exciting and interesting. The place is stunning and original, but what made the experience more enjoyable and exciting was the explanation of our guide, Victor, nice precise and helpful!

Great guide who gave us a lot of interesting information about the park and the architect Gaudi. We had a wonderful time. Easy to book, easy to find our guide and no waiting in line.
The tour guide Olga was amazing!!!! 20/10 stars!! even though it was a rainy day, she did a great job remaining positive, and did a wonderful job telling us about the history in a fun way. She's a great story teller and gave us restaurant recs at the end!
Olga E was very great! very informative and made the experience wonderful!

The house and Furniture fascinated us. The luxury of that time that you beautifully nurtured, restored and preserved enchanted us. At the entrance, we were a little surprised that the girl who led the group at 11:00 in which we were, first forgot about us, and later, halfway through the short film, which is shown as an introduction to the story of the Amatller Family, realized that our devices and the headphones she didn't activate. Otherwise, the impressions of the building itself and the luxury of art, which is woven into all the elements of the Amatller family's living space, are wonderful.
Upon arrival, the lady (very experienced) did not recognize the tickets. She had to search carefully and finally she asked me to show the email confirmation on my phone. Headout was not really known to them.

La casa és preciosa. He trobat el temps de visita una mica massa curt per la riquesa ornamental del pis. M'hauria agradat poder veure les golfes i la seva estructura. Visita inoblidable.
Great experience. Home is beautifully maintained. Our guide was very nice.
La casa Ametller, me parece fantàstica, he disfrutado mucho. La he recomensado a mis amigos.

The Gaudi works were amazing. Absolutely loved it. Overall great tours! 😊❤️ However, the tablet at Casa Batlló was a hassle and kept bumping agains my leg and skipping to a different narrative.
Sensory overload in an amazing way! What a genius Gaudi is. This was such a magical experience! Worth going to. I can spend hours in each of the Casas. It was easy booking tickets for these 2 Casas in Headout.
Yes, it was unforgettable and wonderful!)

Casa Batllo was very nice and interesting. We liked it better than Casa Mila. Like the roof top better on Casa Mila but inside was much better at Casa Batllo
Batillo was more crowded than I expected. I thought with a timed entrance there would be less crowd. The audio was great and worked well. I appreciate the availability of timed slot. The artistry and insight into Gaudi's mind was well done. I appreciate the uniqueness of his architecture. It was a nice addition to Park Güell.
Casa Milla was amazing, exploring it at our own pace. Thanks to the reservation, we were quickly in and it wasn't crowded. Casa Battlo on the other hand was crowded and people were rude (visitors not the staff). No matter where we were standing, we were always in someone's way to take a photo and people were saying we should move. Too many people at once.
The Headout experience was very good. I liked having all the tickets I bought to various places within Barcelona all available in the Headout app. It was very convenient, especially compared to the alternative of having to dig through old emails to find separate tickets to each place.
An enriching experience and a source of inspiration. An absolute masterpiece that deserves a 360º visit at least once in a lifetime.

I loved what Gaudi left us, I really loved it! Magnificent. It's brilliant. On the other hand, the additions at the start and end of the tour (black staircases topped with metal chains by a Japanese artist) and visual immersion (by a Turkish artist), just brutally break the enchantment of Gaudi's gadeau. A pity, really!

I’d recommend this to others because Its simple awesome palce to visit. The meeting place person needs to standout more so you can find them easily as was concerning. The overall experience was very good, you need to guided entry to explain the architechture of the church and its history etc was a very good 30 mins talk :-) The museum is a must do along with thier shop of course that you can't avoid.
It was way too crowded with people. Park was beautiful but could not enjoy it because of overcrowding. Crowd should have been properly managed with limiting number of people entering the venue.
The purchase date on the ticket was correct but the pdf had a date of July 2024. This is a terrible problem as not everyone would have phone service to call & get this resolved
I really liked the Sagrada Familia. Paek guel did not meet our expectations very much. Quite chaotic no clear signs on how to get to the main points, and there was no access to the highest point

The park is quite nice, but the directions from the bus stop to the entrance are poorly marked. The combined bus and park ticket is a great thing. Tip: start early in the morning so you have plenty of time for both routes.

I was lured to this provider's webpage thinking those are official venue tickets. With €26 per ticket I overpaid substantially. For one adult €8 and for the senior ticket €13. No tickets WITHOUT audio guide were "available". My total payment though the official web page would have been €31. Here I paid nearly €54. Ver grumpy!
Beautiful place, the only bad thing was that we entered through a side entrance and the staff in charge of that entrance did not know any directions. In addition, there were no signage that clearly indicated the path to follow

The park is a sample of Gaudí's architecture and as such, it was beautiful; we entered through another door and therefore the audioguide had to be 'rearranged' to take advantage of its content.

Parc Guell is a stunning, whimsically decorated green haven overlooking Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia.

The hop on hop off bus experience was not good. Our bus broke down at one of the stops. We all had to get out and get at the end of a queue with 50 people already waiting. We had to wait for several buses before we could get on. Also the audio connection did not work at seats we were sitting and there were no other places to sit. None of the choices above fit my bad experience so I just picked one so I could submit my review
While the unique style of Gaudi is a must-see in Barcelona, I believe the park to be too expensive for what it offers. Extra tickets to enter a few of the inside venues were unexpected and not worth the extra expenses. It's not something I'll recommend highly to others.
