DO NOT book with this company. Paid over 100 euros for a trip to Porta ventura. Got up at 6am to get a train for 1 hour and a half to Barcelona with my child. Used the google map link to get to the meeting point, which was provided in the headout website. When we got there 20 minutes prior to departure time, there was no guide and no bus. Therefore no trip. Had to turn around and travel for another hour and a half to get home. Contacted team via chat who initially said a manager would respond within 20 mins to half an hour. 2 hours later still nothing. Contacted via web chat again for them to initially acknowledge me and then not reply at all. Raised a dispute through revolut which i used to pay. They were fantastic and had my money back to me the next day. Dread to think how many other people this has happened to. 100% con. Save yourself your money and time and ho elsewhere.
