The day was very sunny and warm, the place itself is stunning!!! The place it's easy to reach with public transports. I advise everyone to read the story about it before, so the experience will be much more intense. Staff was professional and helpful, despite how much it was busy! Very happy to visited.
I enjoyed the Park Güell, which is very beautiful and quiet, despite the tourists. A magnificent green space steeped in Gaudi. An extraordinary view😍

Truly a park not to be missed filled with vegetation and parrots flying from palm tree to palm tree, Gaudi's art explodes in bright and unexpected colors

The experience was magical. I'll start by saying that buying the tickets is very simple and very interactive. The tour itself is very exciting, especially for those who love history and want to know more about Gaudí's life and achievements, as well as the birth of the then-present Park Güell. Each structure seems to tell a story, it's absurdly beautiful.

The tour guide was extremely informative and vibrant. Answered all questions thoroughly and allowed the people on the tour time to explore and take in the amazing views that is Park Guelle Gracias
Due to illness, we would not able to book our tickets in advance, so we have chosen last minute guided tour with headout. It was super, the guide was funny person, and worth to go through the park entertained with storys and jokes. I strongly recommend to buy guided tour ticket, especially, due to any reason normal tickets are not available for that day, you plan to visit.
The park is magnificent! I had a great time visiting this park.

Our guide was fab. She was very enthusiastic and very friendly. She kept the audience interested throughout the tour and made it very interesting.
Straightforward booking and entry to the park. The park itself is beautiful and despite the high number of visitors on this day, you can also find quiet corners.

Visiting the park with the guide was a pleasant experience. Mrs. Olga is a very competent and friendly and told us about the park in a very engaging way.I recommend Mrs Olga. I think a downside is that we bought tickets for 4:30 PM, but we only started the tour after a 15-20 minute delay because we were waiting for other people who were late. I also think the fee for a child should be lower.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the park and the architect Gaudi. He also had a great sense of humor
Although we enjoyed the experience we felt the lack of a map/guide given on arrival and poor signage around the park meant that we struggled to find our way around and are not sure we got the full experience
Long queue to enter the park but we already had tickets so didn't have to wait too long. It got a little confusing walking around as to the correct way to walk around the park. All in all it was a great experience to see.
The tour guide was great and the tour started before the actual park. Lots of information and great weather made the visit a unique experience.

I loved the great detail the tour guide went into. I also liked how he adjusted our route because some of the members of our group were a little older.
Tour guide was great. Having to pay pretty much full price for our child who has just turned 1 though was absolutely shocking.
Our tour with another company was cancelled at the last minute so we scrambled to fill our schedule and luckily Head Out had five spots open and we got into Park Guell AND got a a great guide to show us the park! They are easy to book, easy to find, and can get you into the Park in short order!
Paula (pow-la! Haha!) was a great guide. The park is incredible but it's more magic when you have a fabulous tour guide who can give you the history in an entertaining way! Seek out Paula when you get here! Oh and make sure the taxi drops you off at the right place or you will hike many many steps to get to Paula's tour.
The organization was perfect. Yassir, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. He knew everything about the place, was competent, funny and absolutely extraordinary.

Beautiful experience and knowledgeable guide. Only problem we having a 1 year old child, on arrival we were denied entry for the child as I had not bought the ticket on your site (27 euros for a 1 year old child seems crazy!!!). On the Park's website, entry for children 0-6 years old is free. In the end one of your contact persons asked and the child was able to enter. Another thing, the guide had little regard for us in that we had a stroller with the sleeping baby and she was going up and down the stairs and we were following her struggling, but she never told us that we were only in one spot for 5 minutes, explanation time, and then back down the stairs. Avoiding maybe the up and down in those conditions. And if we lagged behind, she wouldn't wait for us or even slow down.

Good to be shown the main points of interest and all the history behind the park as it is really huge. Our guide was very nice & knowledgeable, though I can't remember her name!
This guided tour of Parc Guell was really exciting and interesting. The place is stunning and original, but what made the experience more enjoyable and exciting was the explanation of our guide, Victor, nice precise and helpful!

Great guide who gave us a lot of interesting information about the park and the architect Gaudi. We had a wonderful time. Easy to book, easy to find our guide and no waiting in line.

The audio guide was well structured although the entrance from which to start in order to have a correct order of use was not well indicated, and consequently the route indicated by the Google Maps link was not exact either. The park is worth a visit and a guide is essential to understand its spirit and meaning, so overall I enjoyed the visit.

The audio guide was clear but when I tried to follow the numbers on it, I was not able to. The path going upstairs was closed between numbers 1 and 2 and so I had to go on another path to the right and I couldn't find numbers 3 and 4.
We paid for the guide, but we couldn't use it. At the entrance they said, download the program and the map.... The program took a long time to download, the map never loaded. We paid the money, but we couldn't use it. The park itself is wonderful.
We loved the park, Gaudi''s fantastic art, the only thing we would suggest is to put small signs at the beginning of each point to indicate its name. We even though we had the audio guide, we got a little lost, in recognizing the various points in the park, except for the most important ones.

It was extremely overpriced and the gardens were not kept very well at all. The Gaudì architecture and structures were amazing but considering it is a park, the surrounding gardens really need a clean up.. I would advise people to give this attraction a miss considering the price.
We struggled to pass the audio guide to the 2nd person, one booking for 2 persons and we did not manage to sign in on a 2nd device. May ba our fault.
Never buy a ticket with a guide. Spaniards speaking native English is a nightmare. Every phrase is repeated in Spanish. It's such a mess in your head to understand... It's better to take the audio guide option when buying a ticket and hear and see everything at a calm pace, in human language. The guided tour of the Sagrada Familia took 20 minutes. The audio guide gives about 90 locations.

Our two hosts Violetta (for Sagrada) and Anna (for Guëll) were super lovely! Such beautiful places that we feel very fortunate to have visited and experienced. Will definitely be coming back 🥰
The meeting point was clearly described and easy to find. Our tour guide (Olga) was already waiting on site and could not be overlooked. She was very friendly and easy to understand during the tour. We started at the Sagrada Familia and I was impressed by the tour and the details of the church. Olga was also very enthusiastic and you could tell immediately. I would have liked to have had a bit more time there, but we had to take a cab to Park Guell relatively soon. Personally, I would probably do the tour the other way round next time, but I was still really happy. Everything was very easy thanks to a motivated and well-informed tour guide. Olga showed us the most beautiful places (also for photos). I would love to do more tours with Olga. Thank you @Olga. 5 stars for you!

Marc was a fabulous guide. He was friendly and very informative. There's no way you take it all in when you do certain tours by yourself. I'm not usually one for guided tours but this was great. Really clear information when booking and easy meet up points. Stress free!
The guide Olga was veriy interesting and very enjoyable person and explaining with all the history and taking pictures in the sacred family and park guel
the tour guide, Olga, was very well informed and she managed to keep us excited the whole tour (for both of them). very nice experience and well orgnised
The guide gave us just enough info so that it would not get boring. The guide was also very friendly and patient with my son.
Marc was an amazing guide. Very informative and pleasant and polite! As far as stars go, I give him 10 ****! Thank you for an amazing day !!!
Beautiful experience, easy to book, and very well organized. Our guide Monse, was easily idetificated at the designated meeting point, and guided us excellently throughout the tour, making us look at the places we visited with different eyes, explaining the history behind their construction and the reasons that led them to be what they have become to date. Rated 10 !

My favorite part of the activity was the guide for the Park Guell tour. Olga Escribano was amazing, she was funny, informative, and helpful, and I enjoyed the tour thuroughly because of her. My wife and I went on many guided tours during our time in Barcelona, and Olga's tour was the absolute highlight. She did an incredible job and would highly reccomend her to anyone.
Paula, our guide, was great! Loved both tours.
Olga's guided tour was incredible. She explained the history of the Sagrada Familia and Park Guel very well.

Jose was an amazing guide, knowledgeable, passionate and willing to share
Isaak was the best part 〽️ the park amazing as all gaudi s expert
I liked both venues a lot but mostly it was the guide's work that made it more beautiful. Olga was exceptional.
Paula was a very fun and knowledgeable tour guide who was able to give us local insights nobody else could have. Would recommend to anybody who is looking to learn more about Gaudi and spent 4 beautiful hours in Barcelona.
Paula was fantastic ... We learned so much about Gaudi in a fun way ... prepared us well for Sagrada familia where we met Miguel whose passion for the cathederal coupled with his knowledge of the building was so much appreciated!

The stops were closed for a protest on one of the days.... also- driver did not stop long enough at my exit stop. I had to go to next stop, take the metro got lost and ended up getting a taxi. Bc the stop was not long I did not get downstairs in time. Very upset this caused an hour delay- and I had to pay a cab.
We really saw a lot in 2 days, the explanations were good and the stops were easy to find. The download map (in January) did not match the current one. => That was stupid because the planning was wrong. Example: we had bought the tickets for the Sagrada familia for the day we had planned for the green tour and now it is being visited on the orange tour. Not bad but stupid!!!

Spectacular experience. To visit La Pedrera is to learn more about the choices behind Gaudi's most important projects. Everything is explained in a clear and engaging way, and I was pleasantly impressed by the architect's innovative ideas. I recommend this visit to Casa Mila, because it will make everything much more apparent. The explanation of this particular house catapulted me into a magical dimension. I was lucky enough to visit on a day with low attendance, so I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

La Pedrera is Gaudi's magic, decades ahead in thinking about the transformation of architecture. Too bad about the bad weather - rain - that prevented us from visiting the terrace. Booking in advance, however, has the advantage of saving you a few euros on the ticket price.

Nothinhg, thats my point. But the palau de musica its amazing
The location is not palau de la musica catalana as indicated in the ticket. Once I was at the venue I was told that I was scammed and the theatre was Teatre Poliorama. Arriving at the theatre Poliorama had to wait for verification as they had no notification in regards to my ticket. They did screenshots of my reservation and payment and let me in. Considering that I had to run from one location to the other and verify payment , I list the first 35 minutes of the show.
Splendid show, magnificent lighting effects

The performance and The atmosphere eas amazing. We had an ncident with the places, IT seams that the agencyis selling some places that don t exist and at a biger price....
The professionalism of the performers. Their energy. The choreography. The music and musicians. The whole program was wonderful. We were in a box that seated 7 people. Our seats were not too bad but somewhat obscured by people in front of us. High stools for people who have to sit at the back of the box would improve the situation.
The performance was great, in a beautiful setting plus our seat were awesome too. We had a lovely evening. This show is a must.
The palace, the atmosphere and the dancers were amazing!
perfomers were great, wonderful emotions
Great show, immersive in the world of flamenco. And in a magnificent venue that enhances the whole experience!

I loved what Gaudi left us, I really loved it! Magnificent. It's brilliant. On the other hand, the additions at the start and end of the tour (black staircases topped with metal chains by a Japanese artist) and visual immersion (by a Turkish artist), just brutally break the enchantment of Gaudi's gadeau. A pity, really!

It was a very smooth experience, from buying the ticket to visiting Casa Batlló. I loved every room in the house and the easy-to-use resources that are available to help us understand the history of the building, the painter and the family that owns the house. My advice is to buy the ticket that provides not only the audio guide but also the tablet. Unfortunately, my ticket was the basic one for financial reasons, but it's worth having access to the tablet and seeing the house set up with the furniture.

The guide is awesome! He managed to herd a crowd of thirty from all walks of lives (and countries). He is passionate and knowledgeable, especially on the historical and religious aspects of Sagarada Familia.
Lovely guide. Lots of new information since our last visit 7 years ago. A great starter before we explored on our own. The light was fabulous, so atmospheric it brought a lump to my throat. Not a religious person but the skill and beauty of the architecture was stunning.
We had an amazing time exploring the Sagrada Familia thanks to our guide Carla! Everything was well explained and we learned a lot especially even the small details that we may not notice! Overall I would recommend booking this as it doesn't take too long so you can still roam around the church afterwards and can do alot more for the rest of your day! Super happy!
We liked our guide, she taught us precious information. I think I understand better now the meaning of Sagrada Familia and what a genius man was Gaudi. It was a nice experience!
The tour guide was very knowledgeable.
The design is very impressive.

Oriel (the guide) was very nice and knowledgeable. His presentation made us undertand what we are seaing and enhanced the experience.
The part with the Sagrada Familia and the guide were very good! There was supposed to be an audio guide in Park Güell, but this didn't work

We had an excellent guide on the day . However, the email link showed a park entrance as a meeting point but yet we met at a souvenier shop. Please make the meeting point more specific as although I was there in plenty of time, I almost missed the meeting as I could not find the guide.
Our guide Mark was excellent. He made the whole experience very worthwhile. He gathered all the guests to the appointed place, and he explained the whole process of the tour. His approach was friendly yet polite, and his english was at professional level. Moreover, the information he provided on historical, cultural and artistic facts of the monument (Sagrada Famiglia) were important, interesting and necessary for someone who trully wants to take advantage of this monument. I highly recommend a guided tour with Mark! Thank you again!
Getting the tickets and meeting up to start the tour was so simple. Our Giude was so amazing with her knowlege. Had we not booked this tour we never would of had the chance to learn the secrets about Sagarda!
The combination ticket has a good price-performance ratio. Both are must-see attractions in Barcelona. Everything went very smoothly.

The booking of the tickets as well as the organization and the tour itself with Olga was very good and we got the most important information about the Sagrada Familia in the short time! Highly recommended!

The guided tour of the Sagrada was in English I don't speak a word of English I didn't have the information or I wouldn't have taken the guided tour I'm very disappointed not to have had the commentary

Valentine our tour guide was outstanding. She gave a most informative account of Gaudi's vision for the design and building of Sagrada Familia. She explained the historical context and she had an encyclopediac knowledge which made the tour a highlight of our visit to Barcelona!

Roger was very knowledgeable and made a good presentation. He made sure everyone understood and had an opportunity to ask questions. The Sagrada Familia was awesome.
The Sagrada Familia is spectacular, I loved seeing the sunlight shining through the stained glass windows and lighting up the columbs with colour. Our tour guide was great, sorry I can't remember his name. I also loved the story of Antoni Gaudi's life.
Great price even when official site sold out. Only problem is they initially sent a voucher only. After an online conversation, the tickets were sent.
Our tour guide was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He even went out of his way to recommend a great tapas restaurant for dinner.
In addition to the undoubtedly splendid basilica, our guide made the difference, good and clear in explaining and engaging

Our guide was extremely kind. Upon arriving at the "meeting place," we realized that due to a language misunderstanding, we had the wrong address and were 1.5 miles away with only 10 minutes remaining until the tour started. We quickly took a cab and arrived a few minutes late. The guide kindly called us and, along with the other group members, waited patiently for us. She was also knowledable, poiting out the small details we would have missed without her guidance. I would highly recommend this guided tour experience.
