The Park Güell viaducts are included with all Park Güell tickets. No separate ticket is needed. They sit along the sloping paths above and around the Monumental Zone, so you usually reach them midway through your visit after entering the park and walking uphill. Book Park Güell Tickets if you want time to explore at your own pace, or choose the Park Güell Skip-the-Line Guided Tour if you want Gaudí context before continuing on your own.
The viaducts were designed between 1900 and 1914 as carriage roads for Park Güell’s planned garden-city estate, letting residents move uphill without forcing straight cuts into the hillside. When the housing scheme failed and the site became a public park in 1926, those engineered roads turned into some of Gaudí’s most practical public spaces. Today, visitors still move through the park along the same landscape-hugging routes he intended.
