- Pro tip: Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.
- If you'd like to skip a lot of climbing and stairs, a great option is to take public transport like Bus #24 or grab a taxi. This will get you to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel, which is just a short 100 meters from the bus stop. You'll find the area with the monuments only another 100 meters in, and mostly flat 200-meter stroll!
- For visitors with mobility issues, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability). The tourist coach car park has 3 places for guests with reduced mobility.
- Access to the Monumental Zone is regulated for preservation, and certain areas may be closed for renovations. Key locations include the Entrance, Guardhouse, Monumental Staircase, Hypostyle Room (inside and outside), Austria Gardens, Nature Square, pathways, viaducts, and Larrard House Ramp.
- Children under 6 can enter for free, they just need free tickets. For a seamless entry, book their free tickets during checkout.
- Going for the audio guide? Simply ensure that the guides are downloaded on the Headout app before your visit. It’s super simple to use, and you get offline access with an easy language-switching feature.

Loved the guide and the whole park was great! The directions to the park were terrible! We weren't the only ones to get caught out with the entrance and the meeting point. There are a number of entrances and some maps seems to take you though them which is not possible. It's one way to get your steps in and I don't think k my calves will ever be the same again (climbed 43 FLIGHTS on steps!) tying to find the meeting point!

Easy and simple to book the guided tour. The meeting point was a bit confusing even with Google maps, as the park is huge with many entry points! That said, tour guide Marc spoke amazing English and gave a very informative talk about the history of Park Güell with a lot of humour thrown in. It was worth paying for the guide, as you would miss a lot of interesting facts! The park is absolutely breathtaking and should not be missed!

The visit was shorter than expected, about an hour, and included in that time was also 15 minutes devoted to photos, an activity that could have been done without the presence of a guide. The guide was nice, but in the end he did not provide much information, and considering the price of the ticket, I would have expected more. While the unique style of Gaudi is a must-see in Barcelona, I believe the park to be too expensive for what it offers. Extra tickets to enter a few of the inside venues were unexpected and not worth the extra expenses. It's not something I'll recommend highly to others.

Handy for interesting information, but 57€ for 2 people to visit the park. It's really too expensive for the size it is. If only it were well maintained, but it's not. The shrubs are not pruned. Frankly, it needs a lot of work to be worth the price. Compared to that, you have the Montpellier park, which is free, 3 times bigger and extremely well maintained. What's wrong with that?

The meeting point was clearly described and easy to find. Our tour guide (Olga) was already waiting on site and could not be overlooked. She was very friendly and easy to understand during the tour. We started at the Sagrada Familia and I was impressed by the tour and the details of the church. Olga was also very enthusiastic and you could tell immediately. I would have liked to have had a bit more time there, but we had to take a cab to Park Guell relatively soon. Personally, I would probably do the tour the other way round next time, but I was still really happy. Everything was very easy thanks to a motivated and well-informed tour guide. Olga showed us the most beautiful places (also for photos). I would love to do more tours with Olga. Thank you @Olga. 5 stars for you!

We loved this tour and the park is gorgeous. We did the Sagrada Familia tour at about 12:45 on January 17. The Church is gorgeous, the tour wasn't as interesting or fun. The casa Mila is exceptional as much good to the most know Cada Balto. The audioguide is lots of clever information while still having time to stroll around. However the audioguide sometimes didn't launch automatically near a board or sometimes changed automatically to another one as you get too close. The skip the lane tickets, isn't very clear, there is only one queue, but it moves quiet quickly. Despite these little issues, the visit was still excellent and really worth it.

La Pedrera is Gaudi's magic, decades ahead in thinking about the transformation of architecture. Too bad about the bad weather - rain - that prevented us from visiting the terrace. Booking in advance, however, has the advantage of saving you a few euros on the ticket price.

Spectacular experience. To visit La Pedrera is to learn more about the choices behind Gaudi's most important projects. Everything is explained in a clear and engaging way, and I was pleasantly impressed by the architect's innovative ideas. We loved the convenience of the HoHo. Unfortunately, on day two (May 22) the wait times were absolutely terrible. One and a half to two hours wait. This ended up costing us 40 euros for a taxi. You should have more busses or sell less tickets in order to accommodate the time of year.

The tour was OK, but not sensational. The explanations on the tape were often out of sync with where the bus was going. The bus drove past some sights too quickly. This made it impossible to take pictures. At the FC Barcelona stadium it was not clear what was the stadium and what was the clubhouse. Not a word about the stadium being renovated. Thought a second stadium was being built. It was very positive that you could take both routes with one ticket.

I loved what Gaudi left us, I really loved it! Magnificent. It's brilliant. On the other hand, the additions at the start and end of the tour (black staircases topped with metal chains by a Japanese artist) and visual immersion (by a Turkish artist), just brutally break the enchantment of Gaudi's gadeau. A pity, really!

It was a very smooth experience, from buying the ticket to visiting Casa Batlló. I loved every room in the house and the easy-to-use resources that are available to help us understand the history of the building, the painter and the family that owns the house. My advice is to buy the ticket that provides not only the audio guide but also the tablet. Unfortunately, my ticket was the basic one for financial reasons, but it's worth having access to the tablet and seeing the house set up with the furniture.

I'll be honest, I was quite worried about getting into the venues because there were so many negative comments about Headout. I only saw these comments after I'd bought the tickets. Everything went well. We were only sad that we couldn't get a guide in Portuguese at the Sagrada Família.

It was very crowded at the meeting point and the guide was only holding up a small A5 size paper with the Headout logo. We waited for 10 minutes for 4 people who never turned up - perhaps they couldn't see her? Once inside however, it was unforgettable.

The hop on hop off bus experience was not good. Our bus broke down at one of the stops. We all had to get out and get at the end of a queue with 50 people already waiting. We had to wait for several buses before we could get on. Also the audio connection did not work at seats we were sitting and there were no other places to sit. Never buy a ticket with a guide. Spaniards speaking native English is a nightmare. Every phrase is repeated in Spanish. It's such a mess in your head to understand... It's better to take the audio guide option when buying a ticket and hear and see everything at a calm pace, in human language. The guided tour of the Sagrada Familia took 20 minutes. The audio guide gives about 90 locations.

The Serpentine Bench
It is a mosaic-tiled seating structure that winds along the terrace of Park Guell. Designed using Gaudí's innovative Trencandis technique, the bench showcases a serpentine form with a spectrum of vibrant tones from green to blue. It is crafted from discarded tiles sourced from a nearby factory!

Park Guell is divided into two different zones: Monumental Zone and Forest Zone.
- Monumental Zone: Spread over 12 hectares, this area, declared a World Heritage Site, this is where the most important and iconic features are located.
- Forest Zone: Located adjacent to the monumental zone, the forest zone is a natural area with gardens and walking trails. This area occupies 8 hectares.
The whole of Park Guell is open to visitors. However, since 2013 the entrance to the monumental area has been regulated to avoid overcrowding. Thus, visitors must make a prior booking of the entrance to visit Park Guell. Groups with neighbour's card and Gaudir Mes registration are exempted from doing so.

Park Guell has three entrances.
- Carrer de Larrard: The main entrance to the park lies at the intersection of Carrer de Larrard and Carrer d’Olot.
- Carretera del Carmel: This entrance is located next to the parking lot for tourist coaches (Please note that this car park is specifically for groups and not for general use).
- Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya: This entrance can be accessed using one of the three available escalators, sparing you most of the climb up the hill.
Residents of Barcelona can enter Park Guell for free any time during its opening hours, access is reserved for the residents of the city and tourist visits are not allowed during certain hours. Booking in advance is not necessary, however you will need to prove that you are a resident.

The meeting point was clearly described and easy to find. Our tour guide (Olga) was already waiting on site and could not be overlooked. She was very friendly and easy to understand during the tour.
We started at the Sagrada Familia and I was impressed by the tour and the details of the church. Olga was also very enthusiastic and you could tell immediately. I would have liked to have had a bit more time there, but we had to take a cab to Park Guell relatively soon. Personally, I would probably do the tour the other way round next time, but I was still really happy.
Everything was very easy thanks to a motivated and well-informed tour guide. Olga showed us the most beautiful places (also for photos). I would love to do more tours with Olga. Thank you @Olga. 5 stars for you!

De gids Marc bracht het Guellpark met zijn verhalen en interactie echt tot leven. Ik begrijp het hele park nu veel beter. In de Sagrada leek hij meer op de automatische piloot te gaan en zich meer aan het Spaans gelegen te laten dan aan het Engels. Dat deed hij niet in het park, dus al bij al ruim voldoende.

I really think you could explain better all the informations in your app and PDF ticket. For exemple: The informations about which events/access can be enter by QR CODE or only by printed vouchers/cards are really confused.
Many tourits became confused.
The Aerobus, "Monbus" enterprise, ARE NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORT! As i said, i really didn't understand your explanations and i lost a little time in my arrival in Barcelona.
